Holiday rentals with a balcony in Roquebrune-sur-Argens

Séjour génial, emplacement central près de la croisette. Les chambres sont modulables et propres, l'appartement est grand, le petit paquet d'accueil a été très utile. Calme aussi pour la localisation. Séverine nous a accueillis et très bien guidés, toujours réactive et sympa, s'adaptant à nos besoins. Deux points d'attention qui ne nous ont pas vraiment dérangés : le débit des douches est très faible et l'appartement est au 3e étage sans ascenseur. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans l'appartement.

Très bel appartement pour un court séjour en famille, proche de la plage et de la croisette ainsi que de la route qui permet de sortir de Cannes pour découvrir l'environnement. Très propre et fonctionnel. L'isolation acoustique des fenêtres est exceptionnelle. Tout petit bémol, si vous avez une grosse voiture, le box de stationnement est assez étroit. A recommander ...

Nous avons séjourné qques jours à Cannes. Ce séjour fut excellent ! L’appartement est en tt point conforme à sa description. Il est parfait et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. La deco est superbe et la rénovation au top. L’équipe Serrendy est tjs dispo, ponctuelle, sympa. Tout était parfait ! Nous y retournerons … 😎

The best ever place we have rented in Cannes so far. The apartment has been in nearly perfect condition and the location is at the center of the city and all the local attractions.

Amazing apartment. Brand new and spotless. The amenities were great from the huge TV screens to the brand new oven and microwave. Great location, a 2 min walk from the beach and main shopping and dining area. The host was super responsive. Will stay again here whenever I'm back in Cannes.

Pictures say it all. Very accurate in terms of what you see and get. High floor, panoramic views in two directions. Sea views on one side, mountains on other. Has AC and overlooks a marina. Short drive to center ville, old town, golf course (semi-public), and beaches. Short walk to Auchon, a hyper-market that sells virtually everything. Well equipped kitchen. Could use some sheet pans and a Dutch oven, but was able to make osso bucco and beef bourguignon on the nights we did not go to restaurants. Very comfortable beds, very quiet rooms for sleeping. Host is fantastic, met us at the property, walked us through all of the how to access, where to park and how to link to WiFi. All in all, a place I bookmarked for when I return.

Превосходные люди, не смотря на то что мы приехали очень поздно ночью, встретили, совершенно спокойно и гостеприимно приняли. Хочу выразить огромное спасибо. Sehr freundlich und vorkommend. Obwohl wir Mittelmacht angekommen sind, in alle Ruhe würde uns Schlüssen übergeben. Die Wohnung ist optimal und es fehlt nichts was man braucht. Ich möchte mich recht herzlich bedanken! Gruss aus der Schweiz.

We spend three weeks which was wonderful every thing was perfect , closed compound safe place and Helmi was very helpful and responding immediately for any questions. There is nearby walking distance to a supermarket and a bakery. Car is a must to visit other areas 12-20 minutes to Cannes . 2 bathrooms one of them upstairs for 4 bedrooms the only negative point. Definitely we will comeback again to this home because we felt like at our home since the first day . 5 stars place 👍

Villa avec une très bonne situation, entre Saint Tropez et Frejus. Une vue époustouflante, un quartier très calme, idéale pour les familles. Dans cette villa 3 étages indépendants donc peu accueillir sans soucis 3 familles tout en respectant leurs intimités. Toutefois il faudrais prévoir les équipements de bases.
