This villa has just been completely renovated, the living room, dining room and kitchen opens into the garden, on the 1st floor you will have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with sea views and balcony, a private parking space is in the front of the villa. You will have access to our 2000m2 garden and our pool, and possibly extra parking in our villa! The house is located just 200 meters from the sea and restaurants, 1 km from Monaco and 500 meters from the village of Cap d’Ail. Bus is very close.
