We are waiting for you in our accommodation, renovated and with access to the woods, village and cycle paths. In winter warm yourself with the stove and reach Christmas markets (Merano,Bolzano,Trento) in less than an hour on panoramic roads. In summer, venture out towards lakes and meadows or lie down in the garden or visit our vegetable garden. 45 minutes from Bolzano fair. Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Located in Sarnonico in the region South Tyrol-Trentino, the holiday home ‘Landhaus Silene’ is nestled within beautiful nature.
