Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Modern apartment near the sea in the heart of Grimstad in idyllic southern surroundings Quiet area. The apartment complex was built in 2017. About 50 metres from a cozy bathing jetty. Short distance to beaches, shopping, the pedestrian street, cafe, restaurants and outdoor spaces. Free parking in garage. There is no terrace in the apartment. There is a short distance to the bus stop and good bus connections to Arendal, Lillesand, Kristiansand (e.g. Dyreparken, Sørlandsparken) etc.

Sjønært, usjenert og solrikt sted, på et småbruk på Hesnes. Her er det med mye plass, 6 km unna Grimstad. Vi har en badestrand og brygge 200 meter unna huset. Her bor du midt i et fint turområder, med mye skog og stier rett utenfor døren. Her er også nærhet til golfbane og Hesnes Gartneri, samt Marivold badeplass. Kort vei til dyreparken i Kristiansand. Her våkner du til fuglesang og ingen støy. Vi har inngjerdet hage og god plass. Vi ønsker ikke festing eller ungdomsgjeng.

Downtown, cozy and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Nice view of Grimstad and the archipelago. It is walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern village with cozy streets and several dining areas. There is a short way to lovely beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport axis, with frequent service to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is 30 minutes in car to the zoo in Kristiansand.

Homborsund by the sea, close to Zoo

Small apartment above double garage is rented in idyllic Homborsund Near the sea and about 25 minutes to Dyreparken. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hot plates.) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. A cosy and comfortable cabin, set in a rural surrounding but just 6 km to the center of Arendal where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and ferries to the nearby islands. 1 km to nearest shop and local cafe’ and just 35 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo or 45 minutes to Kjevik airport. 20 minutes to Grimstad. The cabin comes with parking and a private patio plus bed linen and towels.
