Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ronciglione

This location in Pratti was wonderful. Leonardo the co host met with us and gave us directions. He was so friendly and kind. We had a very comfortable stay. The place is so large and the bed is a California King so enjoy the rest. We had everything we needed and were able to get to and from the apartment by local transportation. It was also a very safe and convenient neighborhood. If you are coming to Rome to visit the Vatican you can walk there in 10 minutes from here. Location and amenities are great. Not to mention a real separate dryer. We got to wash all our clothes and actually had a dryer like in the states. Most European stays only have a clothes washer and you have to hang dry the clothes, but this unit had a dryer which was a game changer! Thank you for the wonderful stay we hope to book with you again when in Rome… :)

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la nostra breve vacanza a Roma. Stefania è un host super amichevole ed è sempre stata attiva nelle nostre domande o richieste. La casa era come descritta in foto ed era stra pulita ed ordinata. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione come struttura per una nostra prossima visita nella capitale.

Francesco and Charlotte were great hosts and the apartment was beautiful and so spacious! Would highly recommend if you’re staying in Rome!

This Airbnb was a fantastic choice for my group and I when we came to Rome. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures, 3 rooms all with a double bed each. One room has an en-suite. The place was pristine and in excellent condition. The travel links are also excellent, there are two metros nearby around 15 minutes walking distance. The host was very accommodating and a great guy to speak with. He made sure we had everything we needed and would provide anything we required. All in all, this is an excellent choice to stay in Rome when it's available.

Michaela’s place was perfect for my Daughter and I to stay at. She liked the loft bed due to its cosy-ness. We were pretty much only there to sleep and get ready, but the convenient location made it possible, to be able to pop in if needed. An added plus, is the close proximity to the Metropolitana (Spagna). I normally walk all over Rome, but for going to the Vatican, it’s a nice plus to have. Stay here if you like to do some shopping, be within a 10-15 minute walk to the Pantheon, Trevi, Piazza Navona, etc. We were able to walk to all those and Trastevere, Palazzo Barberini, the Coliseum and the Forum. It’s a perfect apartment for 2-3 people.

I Stayed in the apartment for 3 nights on my trip to Rome. The Appartment is super near to the Roma Termini station and also a brief 20 minutes walk to Colosseum or 20 minutes to Trevi Fountain. The apartment was clean and as per the pictures, the lighting in the apartment was also very proper. Alessandra was very helpful with the tips. She had done homework and sent us a list of restraunts, bars, places to shop, local supermarket with google maps location making it very convenient.

Scelta per un visita a Roma, si è rivelata ottima per alloggiare in un quartiere tranquillo. Con la macchina si raggiungono i parcheggi della Metro, noi abbiamo utilizzato quello della Tiburtina ed in pochi minuti siamo arrivati al Colosseo. Loft ordinato e Per Friendly.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Modern and comfortable with a very charming historical atmosphere. The fresh air and valley views are absolutely breathtaking . Walking distance to all the lovely restaurants and the gorgeous Duomo. We will be back !

La maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Elle est aussi très agréable à vivre. La grande piscine fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Le terrain entièrement clôturé est un réel plus, notre chien a pu explorer les lieux en toute autonomie. Tout est fait pour que les visiteurs passent de merveilleuses vacances. Nous avons également profité de l’huile d’olive et des légumes frais apportés par le maraîcher d’à coté. Catharine est une hôte adorable et très disponible. Nous reviendrons !

WOW! seriously am incredible stay. It was nice to have a quiet and private place to stay just outside of Rome. Tip to future visitors: it’s RIGHT off of the Sacrafano train station that trains into Rome. Stay at this Airbnb and then train into the city.

Anakin was a great host, proactive in their communication. We walked from the train station. It was a 20 minute walk from the train station which was tough, but we did it. The entry to the apartment building has a secure metal gate, and the apartment has a big solid wood door. Both locks operated remotely with my cell phone. Inside everything was clean, and had little extra things like hand towels and bath mats. The stairs were huge and gorgeous! It made the public space feel bigger than it was. There was so much space in the bedrooms and each had a TV which my kids loved. We only stayed here one night, but wish it was more.

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

Io e la mia famiglia, con due figli di dodici anni, abbiamo dormito due notti a palazzo Granaroli, location meravigliosa per chi ama immergersi nella storia senza rinunciare a qualche comfort. La vicinanza a Civita lo rende un'ottima scelta di soggiorno. Marco, in primis ma anche Alessio e Sara sono stati una presenza molto rassicurante, raggiungibili sempre. Tutto è stato perfetto! Consigliatissimo!!!

A fabulously well appointed apartment, giving easy access to Metro, with most attractions within easy walking distance. You can be at the Vatican or Castel Sant’Angelo within a 5 minute walk. Our hosts met us on arrival with lots of very helpful information. The apartment was very well equipped, tastefully furnished, with very comfy beds and a lovely terrace. The apartment building itself has a lift and a concierge and is clean throughout. Would highly recommend this accommodation, made all the better by the charming hosts, and all the local restaurants we tried were excellent.

This apartment was within five minutes of a walking distance to Vatican City. The apartment was very clean and easy to access. A perfect size kitchen and very professional host with easy access to apartment. The lift was nice to have there for assistance with luggage. I would definitely come back here again!

Amazing location, literally walkable to any major touristic attraction. It’s an old building, charismatic and very unique.

This apartment is in a great location and each bedroom has a double bed and it's own very nice bathroom! Although two of the bedrooms are a nice size, one of the bedrooms is only large enough for the double bed and nothing else. You won’t be able to fit your suitcase in the room and will need to leave it in the living room (which may be annoying depending on the size/age of your group). Otherwise, the apartment is very well kept and the instructions were very clear. A member of the staff checked us in and showed us around the apartment. There are also elevators up to the 4th floor. A heads up that you will need to take out the garbage before leaving to a disposal location about a 2 minute walk from the apt, which was a bit difficult to find. Overall we would definitely recommend this place if you don't mind the smaller third room.

Well, after our second stay at Milva‘s Nest, we must say it makes it very hard to stay any other place! Simona’s Airbnb is amazing! One is surrounded with beautiful art and wonderful home decoration that doesn’t skimp at all and makes you feel at home. Simona has taken great strides to make every detail of your stay very special from the wonderful crisp white sheets on that comfy bed, to the Nespresso coffee maker & pods, tea, sugar and cream brightening your every morning, to wonderful books to read and a kitchen & bathroom so fully stocked that you will feel so cared for and pampered! She even has a little heater to warm up the bathroom while you’re taking a shower, so you can feel all cozy and warm when you get out! We also really appreciated the washer AND DRYER! One of the very best things we have enjoyed on both of our stays here is that every window AND TERRACE have the most amazing view of the rolling hills of the Umbrian countryside! Come stay and relax & be refreshed!

Beautiful apartment in the Prati neighborhood. Walkable to great restaurants, bars, the Vatican and top tourist attractions. Metro is close by and easy to use to visit other places and to get to the Termini station. Quick rides to Florence and Venice on high speed trains. We had a great vacation!!
