Because of our proximity to Hotel Schloss Romrod, we are often booked by wedding guests. Business travelers and guests looking for relaxation appreciate the convenient central location between Gießen, Marburg, and Fulda, and the proximity to the Vulkanregion Vogelsberg Nature Park as a starting point for tourist explorations.

Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

The location is ideal for anyone who appreciates peace and quiet, nature, swimming lakes and natural surroundings. In nearby towns of Borken and Frielendorf (approx. 6 km), you will find all the major supermarkets and restaurants. Beautiful hiking trails invite you to slow down. We look forward to welcoming you!

The quiet 1-room apartment in the countryside invites 1 to 2 people to stay in Romrod. Short distances to Romrod Castle, REWE supermarket with bakery, pharmacy and doctors are only a 5-minute walk. The terrace invites you to have breakfast in the sun Disinfectant, Wi-Fi, kitchenette and free parking are included in this separate apartment. Particularly pleasant even in heat, as it is located in the basement. You will live independently of the hostess, who lives in the attic.

We rent our entire half-timbered house with 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 × 200 and 1 sofa bed each, which can be folded out on the floor to a lying surface of 120 × 200 + 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90 × 200, 1 of which is a loft bed), a dining-kitchen-living area and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The house is in the middle of the old town of Alsfeld and yet quiet. Everything is within walking distance. Children are welcome. Dogs are welcome.

Cosy double bed with electrically adjustable headboards, complete small kitchen, daylight bathroom. Very quiet house in a central location. Our apartment in Wittelsberg, a quiet place in Ebsdorfergrund, is located directly at the forest and invites you to take long walks. Nearby are the Schlosspark Rauischholzhausen and the historic university town of Marburg (12 km). Car is recommended for maximum flexibility. A charging station for electric cars (11kW) is available and can be used on request (for a fee). The overnight price includes final cleaning.
