Hier wohnen Sie nur wenige Schritte entfernt von vielen Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Apartements befinden sich im Schloss Irmelshausen, einem besonders historischem Ambiente. Im Schlosspark kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und die Ruhe genießen. Kinder können dort das Spielhaus, den Sandkasten, die Nestschaukel oder die Slagline und das Trampolin zum toben benutzen, die Erwachsenen ein Buch auf den Daybeds lesen.

Stylishly decorated, clean and a lot of space. Here you can spend unforgettable days with friends or family. This holiday home is centrally located on the village square directly across from the brewery. Fireplace and sauna are special highlights. At night you will find complete tranquility, because there is no main road here. On request, there are eggs from our own chickens or what the garden has to offer. Small outdoor dining area and outdoor shower for warm summers.

Guest house on the Schleusehof... enjoy nature!

Our guest house (about 89 m) is located on our mini-farm, which we run as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river, where you can cool your feet on hot days. The house sleeps 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). On request, we also have a baby cot for the little ones. The farm offers space to romp and relax. Welcome to House Palita - "Eagleview! A modern and harmonious loft awaits you. Feel free to relax or get active on site! It is a great starting point for hiking on Domberg, for excursions in the surrounding area, or for finding peace and quiet on the yoga platform in the garden – here, comfort meets nature. A special highlight: our own bouldering wall! Both vacationers and business travelers will find the perfect retreat here.

Lakeside house

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
