In our comfortable apartment suitable for 4 there's everything you could wish for to make your holidays perfect, bathing in the lake just 5 minutes on foot, hiking in the woods, nearby skiing in the famous Alps or culture trips to famous cities such as Bâle, Berne, Zurich or Lucerne. Cosy 1-room flat on the ground floor with separate entrance. New, very comfortable bed made of fine-smelling Swiss stone pine wood with new, large mattress (180 cm). Small, but well equipped kitchen. We look forward to welcoming you personally! Our house is in a quiet but central location, close to Lucerne, Zug, Zurich. Free parking. The railway station is about 7 minutes' walk away and the train journey to Lucerne takes 20 minutes. Baby cot for an extra charge.

As well as the bedroom, dining area, fully functioning kitchen and walk-in shower, you also have your own outdoor lounge area, ultra-fast fiber internet, TV box, Nespresso machine .....and if you like fresh eggs for breakfast from one of our 8 hens!

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
