Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rome

Great house and location! walkable to the Braves games and the house had everything that we required for a couple days stay. Very clean and responsive host. Would recommend to those going to Atlanta for a stay away from home.

We had a great time for our annual family get together. Plenty of space and kitchen supplies for home cooked meals. The local deer even paid a visit while they were passing by! We would certainly stay here again.

This cozy place was perfect for our stay. The host was very accommodating to all of our needs. A short walk to Marietta square, and only a 2 minute drive to the Main Strip. Kim, thank you for sharing your lovely space with us.

Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

This was our second year to stay at this house for a girls' trip. There were 3 of us and the house has plenty of space. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything is very neat and clean. The surroundings are peaceful and scenic. We enjoyed taking walks and just hanging out at the house. It's a perfect backdrop for quality friend time. Thank you so much!

We stayed for four nights. The home is close to many local attractions. Lucas resolved a small issue immediately and was super friendly to work with. The set up is great for kids with lots to entertain them. We were bummed the pool doesn't open until May, which is understandable. If you are planning for a place to stay during Spring Break with a pool, be sure to note the pool is not open yet in April. The bedroom layout was very functional and the beds are comfortable. We would stay again.

My fiancé and I absolutely fell in love with Katie’s space! From the moment we booked until the second we checked out, Katie went above and beyond — she was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt completely at home every step of the way. The space itself was the perfect combination of roomy and cozy, a true home away from home that we instantly felt comfortable in. Self check in was smooth. It had everything we could have needed, and the location couldn’t have been better: just minutes from Marietta Square, amazing restaurants, charming shops, and a quick, easy drive to nearby cities like Atlanta. Check out was smooth, no hassles at all. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to staying here again! We cannot recommend Katie’s place highly enough. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! 😊

Home away from home…beautiful in every way! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and want, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is peaceful and beautiful, conveniently located near our daughter. The host was friendly and communicated very well, in addition checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thank you so very much for your hospitality which made our holiday even more memorable. We look forward to staying again with future visits.

I was very happy with Victoria’s space! It was clean and well-stocked with essentials like coffee, dishes, a dishwasher, stove/oven, cookware, and a washer/dryer. One thing to note is that I was unaware the BnB was a two-story unit, with the bedrooms located upstairs. I also agree with some other reviewers about needing more seating in the living room and that the patio could use a good sweep before use. While the listing mentions the patio is “private,” the presence of a ring camera there feels a bit intrusive for those wanting private conversations. Overall, the space met our needs and felt safe for our group of five women. I would definitely stay here again if I return to ATL.

I booked the apartment last minute and it was not clean upon arrival, the host IMMEDIATELY responded and had the cleaners there in 30 mins—when we got back from dinner the place was SPOTLESS. Very professional host 10/10 place to stay

This Was One Of The Most Amazing AirBnb Experiences Ive Ever Had. Our Host Extremely Understanding And Hospitable. The Place Was Completely Amazing From The Drive through The Gates Up To The Point Where You Lay Your Head Is Almost Nostalgic. The Bed Was Comfortable, the Place Was Extremely Sleek In Design and Very Clean. Did I Mention The Community Was Very Nice! We had to cancel our other Airbnb due to safety reasons and false advertisement. We were left stranded! We Explained To Our Host about our Situation and She accommodated us. Ms. April was A Blessing And Made My Surprise Birthday Catering event. Even That More Special With Her Great Attitude. This Air Bnb Was A Deal For Such Low Price But To Be Honest VERY Underated! This Needs To Be Corrected And Given ALOT more Value Based On The Quality Of This Host Property. I would Definitely Book Here Again And This Was A Moment In Our Lives We Will Cherish Forever! Awesome Stay! This property granted our Girls Getaway more than we expected. The view from the house was Spectacular. The Chic and Modern decor was perfect for us! lots of room inside and outside. High grade appliances were a super plus, everything was top notch. Plenty of plates, utensils and glass ware. We are looking forward to returning to the property in a warmer month to enjoy the lake. However, we did take advantage of the two outdoor seating area with firepits.

Fantastic stay! The villa was pristine and the view is unbeatable. Lots to do in the community, and nearby in Canton. Troy and his wife were fantastic hosts and went above and beyond to help us explore the community for a potential future move. We highly recommend!!

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.
