We felt very comfortable in the house, we had cold days and we were fine with the heating it has. Débora was attentive to our questions, it was clean and you can see the dedication of the host in the decoration details of the place. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We had a very good stay.

To note: Very good apartment, with an unbeatable location, close to everything, a few blocks from downtown Rosario and only one block from the Paraná River. The owners are always very attentive, responding instantly, even in late hours. The building pool is excellent and has private security. Overall, highly recommended!

Several of us went to an Expo in June, and the truth is that after a cold day the house, although spacious, was super warm and comfortable. We couldn't complain, because the service was very good. Due to the date of our stay (winter) we could not take advantage of the large patio or the pool, but they looked promising.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It's modern, well-equipped, and has everything you need. The location is excellent: in a calm and quiet area, close to the river. What was the best part, being so close to the Paraná River - close to the parks along the waterfront, where you can relax, take a stroll, or watch the river with mate. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Rosario.

The apartment is new, it is impeccable, it has very tasteful decorative details. Super equipped for the stay. Very bright, the building is quiet and in an excellent location. Fernando's service was very good, super attentive and immediate response. We will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect. The place was in excellent condition. Basically I went to sleep but has all the tools if someone wants to cook (toaster, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave,etc.). The split worked perfectly. While it was easy for me, maybe for someone else it's a bit tricky to pull out the key to access the building. They always responded quickly and the entry and egreso guidelines were concrete and clear. Undoubtedly if I would come back to Rosario, I would stay again. Thank you very much!
