The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

The holiday home is an ideal place for holidays and gatherings with friends and relatives. On the 2400 sqm meadow area with barbecue area and pool, children and four-legged friends can be great to their heart's content. If the weather is not so good, you can also sit as a large group protected under the covered terrace. The bookable hot tub is located outdoors under a roof, with a view of the natural surroundings. The bookable sauna is housed in the sandstone vault and can accommodate 8 people.

The "Ferienhaus Grenzland" in Schweix has 110 square meters of living space and is located directly on the French border and in the immediate vicinity of the Palatinate Forest. The rooms are all bright and friendly. Even in the rain, a cozy stay on the covered terrace and in the entrance area with a large window front is possible. There is enough space for five guests in the dining and living area. Books and games are available. Bedrooms with 5 beds and bathroom are located on the first floor.

The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room.
