Ruhige Unterkunft am Stadtrand von Abensberg. Die Wohnung im 1. Stock hat 55 qm , 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad und wurde 1954 erbaut. Moderne Ölheizung, Heisswasser durch Solaranlagen. WLAN. Im Schlafzimmer mit Blick nach Osten sieht man am Horizont den Sonnenaufgang. Vom Küchenfenster über der Terasse sieht man nach Westen in den Sonnenuntergang. Der riesige Garten mit 1500 qm und alten Bäumen ist ein Dschungel zum Versteckspielen für Kinder. Bitte nur Nichtraucher. Bitte keine Haustiere.

Die Unterkunft liegt im ruhigen und idyllischen Dorf Matting an der Donau. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Wandern, Radfahren oder SUB-Fahren auf der Donau sind möglich. Regensburg ist bequem mit Auto in 12 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss in einem Einfamilienhaus. Die Terrasse an der Ostseite ist mit der Morgensonne ideal für das Frühstück. Die Terrasse an der Südseite hat einen offenen Kamin und geht über in den Garten. Die Gastgeber leben im 1. Stockwerk.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Wir hatten Lust, aus dem alten, sanierungsbedürftigen Gebäude aus den 50er Jahren etwas Attraktives zu machen. Vor allem der große Garten mit altem Baumbestand und die wunderschöne Lage nahe Regensburg haben uns motiviert, das Haus individuell auf den alten Grundmauern neu zu gestalten.
