Alles in naher Umgebung in weniger als 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar (Einkauf des täglichen Bedarfs, Cafe, Gaststätten - Italiener/Spanier/Türkisch, U-Bahn, Bushaltestelle, mit Elektroroller in 5 Minuten im Zentrum). Die Unterkunft ist ca. 4,5 m x 2 m, mit Fernesher, W-Lan, Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken, Bett, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Wir feuen uns auf Dich in unserem 1-Zimmer Apartment.

Our host is in the center of the old town. With us you sleep under the golden roofs of Schwabach. The apartment offers a homely and cozy atmosphere on approx. 90 square meters. The rooms are equipped with real wood parquet, generous lighting and style. A full kitchen is available. Loading and unloading in front of the property is possible. Underground parking 1 euro per hour (first hour free), daily flat rate 8 euros. Restaurant directly below the apartment (Wed-Sat open from 5 pm)

Wenn Sie schnell in der Innenstadt oder beim Messezentrum sein wollen, dann sind Sie hier richtig. Mitten im schönen Reichelsdorf (S-Bahn Haltestelle fußläufig, dann in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt) befindet sich die Einliegerwohnung. Wenn Sie mit dem PKW anreisen, steht Ihnen ein eigener XXL-Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeberin wohnt im gleichen Haus und stellt ihre inserierte Wohnung sehr gern zur Verfügung. Diese ist modern eingerichtet und bieten einen hohen Wohnkomfort.

The apartment is located in a traffic-calmed side street at the end of a cul-de-sac in a well-kept residential complex. The market square, as well as shops serving everyday needs (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants) are within walking distance. Opposite is a children's playground, which can be seen from the 10 m² west balcony. Free Wi-Fi, washing machine, parking in the courtyard, extra bed and couch in the living room as well as baby cot (on request) available.

The property sits in a beautiful and green setting in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the benefits of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn station on foot. Fairgrounds/city center can be reached both by car and public transport in less than 20 minutes. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

In the middle of Schwabach in the historic town house

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.
