Очень чистая, уютная квартира с террасой и видом на море. Во дворе прекрасный бассейн, есть лежаки и зонтики. Всё необходимое для проживания тоже есть; техника, включая посудомойку, мебель, посуда в прекрасном состоянии. Очень доброжелательная хозяйка! Рядом 2 пляжа, 3 ресторана, магазин.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Der Urlaub war super schön. Wir waren zu fünft und die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Es gibt alles was man braucht, schöne Schlafzimmer und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sodass man mit vielen Utensilien kochen kann. Der Ausblick von dem großen Balkon ist wunderschön und man kann an dem Ort richtig gut entspannen und sich erholen. Im April ist nicht so viel los, aber wenn man einen ruhigen & privaten Ort sucht, ist man dort perfekt aufgehoben. Das Highlight war die schöne Badestelle direkt am Haus, wo man sich den ganzen Tag sonnen kann. Von dort aus und auch vom Balkon konnten wir abends bei ruhigem Wasser oder morgens in der Frühe Delfine sehen. Sehr besonders wunderschön :)) Anton ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und kümmert sich immer super lieb um uns gekümmert. Das Airbnb ist sehr zu empfehlen, danke für die schöne Auszeit 🐬☀️

The house of Bruna in Vinisce impresses with its charm of the location, the view, the grandiose furnishings, which is incredibly stylish and individual. A place to slow down and switch off all daily topics. With a little luck, Adriadelphine can be seen swimming through the bay. We thank Bruna for all the amenities we were allowed to experience.

Pay attention to check in time of 17:00, as specified in the listing. We weren’t paying attention and it would have been an issue for us, but hosts’s son was there to let us in earlier. Big Plodine market nearby (by car) or Konzum on foot. Beautiful, quiet residential area right at the beach. Few tourists around here in late September. Appreciated the parking. Antonija helped with turning on the hot water heater and bringing us a replacement router when several of our devices wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. They left cold drinks, fresh fruit from the garden (which is gorgeous), local olive oil, Nescafé, filter coffee, cappuccino mix, etc. for us. Space is small, just as pictured, but worked for us two. Patio area was so pretty and breeze was great. Thank you Draško and Antonija!

Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub, super ruhige Umgebung keine nervigen Nachbarn, alles wie man sich es im Urlaub vorstellt. Werde definitiv wieder kommen :)

This is a magnificent property, with spectacular sea views and in a peaceful rural setting. The house is pristine, with modern appliances. we stayed as an extended family and it had three self contained apartments which meant we all had our own space and great communal areas. The pool was very attractive and the house is close to a stunning cove with crystal clear waters. The hosts were brilliant - responding quickly to all questions and checking in to see if we were having a nice time. we will definitely be back!

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

We had a fantastic week in the house. It is located in a peaceful remote location by the sea. The house is comfortable for 6 people, with all the amenities and a private beach deck to the sea. Mladen was very flexible with a late check in, and gave us lot of great tips for things to do around the area and in Split. Thanks Mladen!

Fantastiskt fint hus som kanske till och med upplevs bättre i verkligheten. Väldigt vänlig och tillmötesgående värd som mötte upp oss vid huset och som också hade möjlighet att vara flexibel kring incheckningstid. Poolen och bubbelpoolen var fantastiska att använda, lika så att ligga vid bryggan nere vid havet. Det ingick även två SUP:ar som vi använde flitigt. Huset är dock beläget lite ödsligt, och passar de som vill ha en lugn avkoppling utan civilisation. Det enda som vi saknade var kvällssol, men det visste vi ju redan innan vi bokade att det saknades. Överlag är vi supernöjda med både huset och värden!

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir waren zu 6. dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unten gab es eine "Schlafcouch", welche allerdings auch super bequem war. Alles war sauber und als kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung gab es auch eine Flasche Rotwein, eine Flasche Weißwein und einen Orangensaft. Die Gastgeber waren mega freundlich. Auf unsere Nachfrage, was man in der Gegend und auch etwas weiter weg unternehmen kann, wurden wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit über ALLES informiert - über jegliche Aktivitäten, gute Restaurants, Orte, die man sich anschauen sollte usw. . Bei weiteren Nachfragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Der Check-In und auch der Check-Out konnte individuell abgestimmt werden. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese auf jeden Fall erneut buchen!

Ivana & Robert have a wonderful place right on the water! Such welcoming and friendly hosts, their positive vibes are infectious. The apartment is one of many in the building and is family oriented with lots of happy children running around. We were delighted that there was a SUP for our personal use! Just a heads-up for future guests: there was some impact noise from the apartment above and the balcony is not very private being split between three apartments by aluminium slats though it doesn't really matter because of the incredible unobstructed view 🤩

We loved our stay, the apartment was beautiful and the private spa just just WOW! Having a private hot tub, sauna and cold shower in your apartment was amazing after a long day of walking. Adrian and hrvoje were very helpful and responsive to messages and gave us clear instructions on parking, reaching the apartment apartment and how everything worked. We'd love to return one day and we would recommend the apartment and owners to anyone.

Wir sind begeistert von deiner tollen Wohnung, es war einfach wunderschön. Alles hat seinen Platz und es ist an alles gedacht. Herzlichen Dank, es war sehr schön bei dir und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Dir direkte Nähe zum Meer und der Meerblick vom Balkon sind nicht zu toppen. Wir kommen wieder :-)

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful appartement. The nearest beach is just down the main stairs at the end of the road, within two minutes by foot. This is also where the waterfront is located with plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, boat rentals and other fun outdoor activities. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and offers privacy. The views from the main balcony are stunning. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Tea and her parents, who live in the same building, were very helpful and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

Wir waren mit unserem Baby im Penthouse & es war wirklich alles perfekt. Die Aussicht, die gehobene Ausstattung, der Whirlpool, alles war richtig klasse. Den Pool hatten wir an fast allen Tagen nur für uns, das war ein wirkliches Highlight. Zum Meer waren es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, das war traumhaft. Leider ist unser Baby krank geworden, aber Toni hat direkt versucht zu helfen und sich um uns gekümmert. Das war sehr aufmerksam. Insgesamt waren wir 100% zufrieden & können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. 😍

Myself and Charlotte thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Primosten, Zorica and Mate are great hosts, very kind and helpful and have a great business dynamic as mother and son. Primosten is a very beautiful location with lots of old town quirks and lovely clean walkways. The surrounding Sea is very refreshing to swim in and the beaches are lovely, clean and well maintained. The Apartment is absolutely ideal for a couple looking a relaxing getaway with ample space to feel chilled out and go about the day to day things. It was a delight being able to open the shutters and hear the ocean in the distance. There are plenty of utensils and cooking equipment to make your own meals, that's if you can fight the temptation of the many restaurants available in the area. Breakfast was also a treat as there are a couple of lovely bakeries within a 5 minute walking distance. Thankyou very much Zorica and Mate again for a great stay, we hope to get back to Primosten sometime again in the future!

Everything we thought it would be, and more. Didn't want to leave. We spent 9 nights in one of the bottom apartments. After receiving impeccable communication and info from Mirella, we were welcomed at check-in by our beautiful hosts Zikra and Ismet. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has all of the necessary amentities. The views from the main bedroom, living room and terrace are outstanding. The small town of Rogoznica is straight across the water. The water itself is a 10sec walk down a little hill. The sun shines on the rocks from 10 onwards in Sept. The beach we visited was a 15min drive, in a small town called Primosten. Stunning beaches. Razanj is the small town within 15min walking distance of the house. Some really lovely restaurants there with good food. Our hosts Zikra and Ismet are special people. Among many things they cooked us fish on the balcony and gifted us their delicious wine. We are already planning our next trip. Look forward to seeing them again. Hvala

Die Wohnung war genau das, was wir für unseren Urlaub gesucht haben: eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick, ein kurzer Weg zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist von einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben und sehr ruhig gelegen. Nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt ist eine tolle Einstiegsstelle zum Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, SUP... Wir haben hier einen wunderbaren und sehr entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Edi war super, er ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf Anfragen reagiert.

Es war super bei Perica! Es gibt eine tolle Sonnenterrasse, die wir benutzen konnten und man kommt nach ein paar Treppenstufen direkt ans Wasser. Der nahegelegenen Strand ist toll. Alles sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist mit 4 Personen gut ausgelastet. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Ähnlichää
