Villa de 350 m² à 20 min d'Aix en Provence

Nous louons l’intégralité de notre maison durant nos vacances. La maison comprend une partie de 220 m², (dite villa) qui constitue notre habitation, un gîte de 90 m² et un studio de 40 m² consacrés à la location saisonnière. Le tout sur un grand terrain avec piscine de 12 x 6 m sécurisée (ouverture du 01/05 au 30/09) et terrain de pétanque. Le gîte et la villa peuvent communiquer ou être totalement indépendants avec portails et entrées séparées. Le studio se situe en rez-de-chaussée de la villa.

La propriété entièrement privée est intégrée dans un cadre naturel exceptionnel, à 15 min à pied du village de Gordes. Les rénovations réalisées en 2020 vous assurent un confort optimal, intérieurs comme extérieurs. Le vaste jardin arboré et la pergola vous offrent une ombre et une fraicheur précieuse au cours de l'été. La piscine sécurisée (volet) et le boulodrome agrémenteront votre séjour en plein cœur de la Provence. Notre maison est le lieu idéal pour se ressourcer en toute tranquillité!
