Andre was a truly amazing host. He lives nearby and treated us more like friends than guests. We were even invited to his birthday party — an unforgettable and authentic dive into Brazilian culture. The home is located about 1.5 kilometers up a rocky dirt road, with a 300-meter elevation gain — which probably makes a huge difference during the hot season. The views of the granite mountains are stunning, and you really feel immersed in nature. Monkeys are frequent guests There are fantastic hiking trails nearby, including one that leads to a waterfall, and I especially recommend the trail to Chinesa Vista — one of the most breathtaking views of the city from above. It’s about a 30-minute walk each way and a great little workout

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. I believe, without a doubt, that this is one of the best spaces in Copacabana. Explico: new environment, spacious, clean, very quiet; perfect kitchen, with all the necessary utensils (electric coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.). It has hot water on all the taps and the shower is of high quality. The two conditioned ares are new and with clean filters. The whole place is very clean and organized. There is nothing missing! The street is practically inside a village and there is no noise at all. It is close to the Bread and Company bakery - which sells the best powdered biscuits with cheese; from the Adega Pérola boat; from many bars, markets and gyms, as well as being less than 100 m from the Arcoverde metro station. In addition, Gregório is a host example: always available and with a diuturnal attention. I will always return, the space this spectacular, when you return to Rio, if you have availability!!!

I would like to thank Alexandre and Jaqueline. I had a unique experience in this house, with exactly the forest vibe I was looking for and the best part: not being far from the city of Rio de Janeiro. The rustic decor of the house brings a special charm, and the terrace with barbecue, illuminated by those cozy lamps, was one of my favorite corners. The panoramic view of the city from up there is simply breathtaking. An ideal place to go both as a couple and with friends. I'll definitely be back!

I had the most incredible experience staying at this apartment in Ipanema. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic ocean views — it truly felt like waking up in a postcard every day. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. The location couldn't be better. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I always felt safe walking around, even at night. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of every evening — absolutely magical. The host was warm, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I felt at home from day one. If you're thinking about staying in Rio, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back!

I thought it was nice. The one-bedroom apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped, quiet and has a great balcony. The neighborhood is a marvel for those who like green areas and good restaurants.

Second time I've stayed at Danielle's apartment. Everything was wonderful! The only negative point is the lack of anti-noise glass in the building.

Amazing location! This is a nice area of Ipanema. Few mins walk away from the beach. Great restaurants and many stores nearby. Discovered a new favorite chocolate store Dengo and brazilian perfume store Granado few blocks away. Felt safe and secure during our whole stay. The building has a guard. Space is clean and comfortable as photos show. Jose is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Made our stay in Rio memorable. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

We went to my daughter's wedding in Rio, and it was the best place we could have found... Adriana, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming... made us feel at ease. And the apartment was ideal, it was perfect, the location wonderful, the neighborhood, a beautiful view of the Sugarloaf, in front, close, and a good space for our dog, who by the way loved it... and when opening the door a delicious smell of everything tidy and clean, in the details. We love it, and we'll be back...!

Beatriz and Valdemar's accommodation is perfect, it's just like the photos. It's very well equipped. I highlight the good quality of the sheets and towels. Valdemar is a very attentive person, who is willing to help. The building manager is very friendly and attentive. The studio is located on a main street, close to places to eat and shop. A few blocks from the beach and the Laguna. I highly recommend this accommodation, I would definitely come back.
