Excellent apartment. Easy access and very well located. Exceeded expectations! Complete leisure area as well. Heated pool, sauna, whirlpool… A space I would definitely like to return to!

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On a future trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!

Location well located, clean and nice. Good structure to welcome guests, only upon arrival that we did not know that we had to leave a car key at the entrance, this made us a little unsafe, but there was no problem with our vehicle. We indicate the location, Thiago quickly answered questions and requests.

Andréa's apartment is in what I think is the best area of Copacabana. Very quiet, a few meters from very good restaurants and places to shop. Less than 100m from the beach, on the first street parallel to Av. Atlántica. The apartment is quite large and has many amenities. Very clean, well equipped and organized, with a very nice decoration. The building has a 24-hour doorman. Andréa is very friendly and welcomed us in person at the apartment. The apartment has a large window that overlooks the centre of the block, although the sky is not visible due to the adjacent high-rise buildings. This has the advantage that no sun enters and therefore the apartment remains quite cool. In the apartment, there is a deck chair and a parasol available, which is very practical and allows you to save about 5 to 10 dollars extra per day (which is what you are charged on the beach for renting both items). A great place to enjoy Copacabana!

I stayed 10 days in Merc's property, the location is great, in the middle of the two main beaches (Ipanema and Copacabana), within easy walking distance, it is a very quiet area, with restaurants and supermarkets. The accommodation is very nice, two very spacious and well-kept floors, the highlight is the shower on the terrace, with a sea view. The house was cleaned every day for free. The sauna and swimming pool are also available, very comfortable. I recommend this accommodation for your stay.

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I am grateful to Ana for all information and availability.

We stayed only one night in Ninha's apartment, but it was enough to have a great experience! The place is well taken care of and exactly as described in the ad. The location was also perfect for what we needed. Ninha was a great host: attentive, kind and always available to help. I recommend for sure and hope to return soon!

Everything is very clean and organized, close to the market, pharmacy, convenience and a block from the sea... very well located! Kite and polite staff. Very well-equipped apartment. Maria's Departamento, more than an Airbnb is a home. Location: 10/10 In front of the beach and Posto 1. Safe street, well lit at night. A few blocks from the Rua Olegário Maciel, where are all the restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is ideal for walking at night. Building/condominium: it has security and gym 24/7, the employees are very friendly, pool and jacuzzi, everything works well. Apartment: It is very comfortable, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, impeccable kitchen full of cooking utensils m. The beds/pillows/sheets/towels all in good order. The most amazing thing about this apartment is sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, it's magical. Hostess: It is undoubtedly a value added to the apartment, the sweet and warm of Maria! Very attentive she welcomed us with chocolates and coffee and always available on whatsap. Maria: we spent some incredible days in your apartment thank you for your love and we hope to be back soon! We would definitely choose you again!

The place looked just like the pictures—modern, clean, and well-kept. Heron was very responsive once we checked in, which we appreciated. Communication before check-in was a bit limited, but overall a great stay!

Everything was amazing. I've been to Rio 3 times and this was my favorite accommodation. The apartment is small but super comfortable for 2-4 people, very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy… Really nice!

Truly amazing apartment in a very nice, trendy and safe neighborhood of Rio - Leblon. Everything is within walking distance: best restaurants, beach, supermarkets, shopping mall. The apartment itself very cozy, nicely renovated with beautiful details and comfortable beds. For our next trip to Rio de Janeiro we will only book our accompanying with Casape 🫶🏻
