There is also a separate driveway to the property with private parking and a patio seating area with table and chairs to enjoy the views.

The space is accessed via a couple of steps with the living area all on ground level consisting of a bedroom with a king size bed with luxury linen and towels provided. The kitchen has an oven & hob, fridge and microwave, Sofa bed and dining table. The bathroom is a fully equipped wet room. Outside has a patio area with a bistro set and a small fenced off garden

Nestled under the Wrekin this lovely flat is very well located and is handy for both business and leisure purposes. It is 5 minutes drive from the M54 and a 10 minute walk from Wellington train station and to Princess Royal Hospital. It is a 15 minute drive to Telford industrial parks and Telford International Centre. It is also a twenty minute drive to historic Ironbridge Gorge and its museums as well as medieval Shrewsbury. Our house is situated in a prime quiet residential street.

Warm and welcoming self contained annex in our relaxed family home. Conveniently situated 1.5 miles from the town centre, railway and bus station. Short walk to the West Mid Showground. Flexible check in, a lockbox is available for late arrival or if we are not in to arrange access to the accommodation. Please note that while we provide limited cooking facilities, there is no full kitchen available.

This recently renovated Grade II 17th century mews cottage is tucked away in the centre of Shrewsbury close to beautiful river walks, shops, bars and restaurants. ⚠️ May 2025 Please note - there is some temporary building work being undertaken at an adjacent property. There may be noise from this (men & power tools, not JCBs or heavy machinery) for a couple of months. This will be weekdays 8am - 4pm).
