Lovely village house, East Pyrenees

This quaint village house is located high up in the pretty hillside village of Rodes. Rodes rests in the Languedoc Roussillon/Pyrenees-Orientales region of France where Mount Canigou dominates the skyline. A 30 minute drive takes you to Perpignan and the stunning Mediterranean coast. The house has breath taking views of Mount Canigou from the rooftop terrace and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons. It has a private garage, free WIFI and two bikes available for guests to use. On the ground floor is the walk through garage and a utility area with a washing machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The 2nd floor offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and an area for relaxing and eating. From here you access the sunny outdoor terrace and the mezzanine bathroom. The house and the area are perfect for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nearby is a village shop and easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra. The village of Vinca is within walking distance and you can swim, relax and sunbathe on the shores of the crystal clear lake. Maison Mimosa is located in an exceptionally picturesque area ideal for walking and mountain biking as well as a visit to the world reknowned hot springs at Thomas Les Bains. During the winter season, the nearest slopes are just a 45 minute drive away. The 50 euros rate per night is negotiable dependent on number of guests, number if nights booked and the season. Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

You will be less than 15 min by car from the swimming lake in Vinça; close to 3 most beautiful villages in France, the market of Thuir, the "orgues" of Ille sur Têt, the yellow train, the Canigó, ... You will enjoy the hiking trails, or direct access to the castle for a breathtaking view of Roussillon.

Located near a charming little sunny village, on the road to Andorra, this air-conditioned cottage offers direct access to many hiking trails, while being 1 hour from the high mountains and 1 hour from the sea. For a few days or just one night, the farm welcomes you. Lake Vinça is very close. We signal that the access is an unpaved path (800m) with a ford to cross ( the ford is currently dry). Located in Rodeo, slightly away from the village. 20 minutes from Perpignan and 10 minutes from Prades, the location is perfect for discovering the many classified sites (Castelnou, Eus, Villefranche...). You will also enjoy Lake Vinça (a 5-minute walk) for lovers of walks or bike rides. The lake has an inflatable play structure for children.

Come and spend a relaxing stay in our completely renovated apartment, on the ground floor with a garden and a sheltered dining area! You will enjoy the surrounding calm, and the outside while being 10 minutes from the lake. We thought this apartment for people in driving difficulty in order to enjoy a few days of vacation: shallow sink with space underneath, fitted bathroom, sliding doors (only the front door is in 80 cm)

At the Chalet d'Aurore

In a bucolic setting, come and admire the sunrises at the chalet of Aurore. Splendid panoramic views of the valley and mountains. The cottage is a perfect setting for lovers. The access is totally independent from my house by a pedestrian path then the Catalan stone steps. The comfortable chalet has a living room of more than 20 m2. NEW: there is now a real bed in 140 + a quality sofa bed.

La Roca is a small rural core located in the middle of Valle de Camprodon. An idyllic setting within a stone house village literally hooked to the rock. The village is listed as a Cultural Property of National Interest. Ca la Cloe, is a fully restored old barn, where you will find all the comforts to spend a pleasant vacation in the mountains.

El Castell - Joch

Stone built, 3 bedroomed house in 12th century castle walls at the top of Joch village with a south facing terrace. The house is set in a beautiful area ideal for hiking, swimming, skiing and relaxing. It is 5 minutes drive from Vinca where you can swim in the lake. You will also find shopping facilities, bars restaurants and a bank.
