Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

The accommodation is very spacious, located in a quiet location surrounded by chickens, sheep, horses, llamas and alpacas. Ideal for walking and cycling, separate entrance, private terrace, parking or carport, cozy small wellness area, highway accessible in 7 km, leisure facilities nearby. Funpark, swimming pool, restaurants, shopping within a few minutes by car.

Very nice family-friendly place to stay

The quiet yet central location makes our apartment a good choice. In summer, our courtyard offers a unique flair. Use it for eating, playing, getting together & enjoy nature and the loving details that make this place special. Opposite is a butcher shop. Also within minutes walking distance are a supermarket, a small organic shop and a fast food pizza restaurant.

Our accommodation is located in Heilgersdorf, a small village 4 km from Seßlach between Bamberg and Coburg with a cozy atmosphere, plenty of space and a quiet location. A good starting point for single travelers, couples and families alike to discover and enjoy culture and Franconian-Thuringian sights - or simply for a vacation.
