Ideal for guests seeking tranquility and relaxation and want to enjoy the hospitable wine town of Iphofen, with numerous restaurants and perfect infrastructure. Access to the property is via a steep old wooden staircase. Therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or those who are heavily intoxicated. The 65 square meter apartment is comfortable and spacious. Free parking is on-site inside our private gated courtyard. Just steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. Prichsenstadt is a great base location to see all of Bavaria. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . No cleaning fee. Please read all information below.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world."
