The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Before we reached the apartment in Iphofen, Steffi gave us some detailed information about the arrival. Once there, we were able to park our bikes in a carport. We were surprised by the size of the apartment and the clever layout. We also liked the tasteful furnishings and not to forget, the large covered balcony, which we could use frequently. In addition, the quiet yet central location, everything is within walking distance. Due to our very positive experience, we can recommend the apartment without restrictions.

The apartment is really great and designed with a lot of attention to detail. Everything was new and super clean, so we felt comfortable right away. Our dog and our little son were also considered (dog bowl, travel bed, toys...). Christiane and her husband were totally friendly and always easy to reach. The surroundings are great. Unfortunately, we were only staying for an overnight stay at Christiane's, but we would definitely come back if we were in the area again. Absolute recommendation!!
