Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Rocky Harbour

Joel’s place was exactly as described! Was a piece of heaven and the hot tea b was always a great way to finish off a day of hiking. There is a binder there that is full of so much info about local shops and hikes and medical stuff and groceries, etc - I just loved that binder!! Chateau Shady loop was a great starting point to all areas of Gros Morne while also being close to groceries and bigger shops of Deer Lake. Joel replies within minutes to any specific questions we had. The place was spotless when we arrived. The sunsets in the hot tub and watching Stanley Cup hockey in the super comfortable rec room chairs were definitely highlights - thank you and we hope to come back some day!!

This house is really beautiful. If you’re taking a trip to Gros Morne, I can’t recommend it enough. The way the lot is situated gives it a gorgeous view, and despite being in a quiet corner, there’s a really good restaurant within walking distance. There’s also plenty of others within easy driving distance. House itself is spacious and clean. Perfect for hiking during the day and then relaxing after.

We had a great stay in Rocky Harbour! It was a perfect location to explore all the areas of Gros Morne national park, which is what we wanted. The home was easy to find, host was very helpful & replied quickly to all questions. The home was quiet and had plenty of space for 4 adults.

perfect place to stay for 1 person or a couple, comes with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cups, and everything else you could ask for! will be booking again without a doubt if I find myself in the area again!

The property is amazing. The house was meticulous. Beds are super comfy. Catherine put a lot of thought on the little things, quality coffee, shampoo, body wash, bed linens etc. Catharine was very responsive to any questions. We will definitely book this property again when given the opportunity.

Very lovely spot quiet and peaceful

Joys place was extremely comfortable. A home away from home. We felt at ease immediately. The beds were comfortable and everything that you would need was there. Joy even left us homemade cookies as a welcome with a last minute booking. We would definitely book again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here with my sister and her husband. The space was perfect for us all to fit. The spa tub was very relaxing after a long hike. We loved it! Clean and beautiful! The sunsets off the balcony were to die for. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had coffee and everything we needed. Kayla gave some good hike recommendations. Seaside restaurant is just a couple mins walk along the water and was delicious. Would def stay here again!

We were welcomed with great hospitality. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The grocery store was easy walking distance. Our host always responded quickly prior to and during our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed his friendly and warm personality. They put alot of love into their hosting. Would love to stay again when in Deer Lake.

A very clean home in a nice neighbourhood, would definitely recommend staying here, this will be our go too now when flying in/out of deer lake.

Jeanette is an incredible host and her place was a perfect hub for a Gros Morne trip. She made us feel right at home and was incredibly attentive to any potential need. Would highly recommend this place to anybody visiting the area.

Heather’s place was perfectly located for our snowmobile trip, had plenty of parking space for vehicles and trailers, garage space for overnight storage of snowmobiles, and plenty of space for our group of 4. Sleeping space a bit tight for four individuals, but would be perfect for 2 couples, or a small family. A minor maintenance problem was fixed immediately.

Felt like I was there for a quick nap, but it was a nice stay. Would gladly return.

Jill’s little red cabin was a hidden paradise, this cabin is perfect for the outdoorsman or for a family trip for a place to unwind. Direct beach access provides plenty of water sport options in the summer and direct trail access in the winter. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay. Super clean lots of land to play around on. A 30 mins drive to some of the most amazing hiking trails in Canada or even North America.. 20 mins drive to deer lake where you can get any supply needed.. having the access to both city amenities and the great outdoor attractions makes this cabin absolutely perfect. Area is an absolute sanctuary and just so peaceful and quiet. Friendly neighbourhood. The place itself is worth every penny and had everything we needed. No left over food from anyone which is a big plus. So clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for hosting us.

Had a great stay in Little Port! The cabin on the point is absolutely beautiful and so cozy, especially with the wood stove. It’s the perfect spot to visit any time of year. Thanks Peter for being such a great host!

a nice place to stay just outside if the park and the busier little spots in town. still close enough to get to cute shops and restaurants
