Just minutes from the highway, exit 22, and ideally located on the Exploits Valley River, well known for its beauty and great salmon fishing. Kayaks or canoes can access the river from the backyard. Modern 2br near the trestle

This modern 2 BR house is a beautiful spot to enjoy the many things summer/winter has to offer. We are just meters from the Exploits River, kayak launch, the boardwalk, trestle and the track. We are also walking distance to the arena, ballfield and the Knights of Columbus. Grocery/liquor store and Tim Hortons is close by. If you need to be in Grandfalls for Dr's appointments or just to go shopping, it's just a 15 min drive away. A home away from home!
