Holiday houses in Rocky Ford

We were on a ladies golf and shopping trip and we were very pleased with the location. We were close to everything we needed. House was clean and the perfect size for our group. Also the neighborhood felt safe!

Our home away from home. Relaxing, comfortable home in exactly the location we needed to attend a wedding. We enjoyed the keyless entry and the large master closet. Michele, our contact, was lovely. She was proactive, informative, personable, and responsive.

My husband and I stayed here with two other couples. We all agreed this was a 5 star property. The place is beautiful, very well-stocked, in a peaceful setting. Parking was no problem since there was a private garage plus a driveway. A special treat was the large deck, which is partially facing the river, so you can see the large container ships going up and down. We walked to many places from the condo, up to River Street for activities, over to Forsyth Park, etc. There is a free Savannah shuttle that comes close to the condo, but we didn't try that since we didn't need it. There is also a free river shuttle that comes fairly close to this area. One tip for guests, we went to the Waving Girl statue stop for the Hop-On/Hop-Off since it was closest. We had to wait through 4 bus cycles to get on (plus a call to the bus company). Not many people get off at that site, so no seats available. We suggest you catch it at a more popular stop. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks.

All was as advertised. Extremely comfortable beds in all rooms. This home was inviting and well designed. One minor note, for those who need a walker or wheelchair for themselves or member of their party. The entry to the bathroom is not possible as it is too narrow. If this is not a factor you need to consider, then you will be very happy with your stay.

What can I say. The pictures do this home no justice. Im from California and when I walked through the doors i felt a sense of peace and being at home. Old Beverly Hills, North Hollywood, Los Feliz feel. This isnt your cookie cutter airbnb. You wont find warehouse furnishings, but rather one of a kind quality, high end everything. The saltwater pool was refreshing and the cabana is beautiful. My favorite place was the upstairs second sunken living room. I'd definitely come back. 10 out of 10.

My husband and I reserved Kate’s place because we are working in the area. Her place was perfect for us to work and unwind. The pond is absolutely mesmerizing. I found my self gazing at it while I worked from their king size bed. Clean, comfortable and close to restaurants, grocery and some shopping. Perfectly located within driving distance of Tybee Island and Savannah. We hope to rent her place again for future projects in the area.
