Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Stables is situated in the heart of the New Forest, ideal for cycling, walks, hacking, pubs and relaxing. We are 15mins drive from the beach and 20mins from Brockenhurst station The Stables offers a fabulous location for your stay. The bedroom has a luxurious super king sized bed. A large bedroom looks out over the rear paddocks and its own patio, with table, chairs and its own hot tub. Kitchen with open plan lounge diner. TV in both lounge and bedroom. Underfloor heating throughout. The front courtyard has table and chairs and overlooks the yard. Private parking. Very peaceful and quiet.
