Unique luxury cottage for two, an ancient dovecote with a fabulous swimming pool. Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Romantic barn with kingsize 4-poster, fire, bikes

If you are looking for a romantic escape in the New Forest, just a short walk from the pub and open forest, then look no further. Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Orchard Barn offers a couple the perfect romantic retreat, including a new Spa Barn with hot tub and sauna, for your exclusive use during your stay. Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

With spectacular far reaching views Stride’s Barn is situated 9 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 15 miles from Southampton . An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . Can be rented with additional listing ‘The Cowshed’ (sleeps 2) .

Downstairs has an entrance hall, sitting room, with original beams and kitchen; upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, bathroom and separate shower room. Perfect for 2/3 adults (3 adults max) or for a family with a baby/child. Close to Salisbury and the New Forest, it's the place to explore Wiltshire.

We are located approx. 25 minutes from Salisbury, 30 minutes to Bournemouth/Poole and 10 minutes to the New Forest. A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast. We have a friendly local village shop and pub within walking distance, and a fabulous ‘water-hole’ for swimming a few mins walk down the lane.
