The Swallows Nest is a large apartment for 4 people that is family-friendly. The half-timbered walls are plastered with clay, creating a cozy indoor climate. Wood and natural materials give the apartment a special charm. The Schwalbennest vacation home has 65 m² on the second floor of the renovated side building of the Buschmühle and has a bedroom with a double bed (individually possible), a bedroom with single beds (together possible) and a living area with an integrated kitchen and a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests. If you need a highchair, please contact us. The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.
