An oasis of peace surrounded by greenery where you can experience the quiet of the mountains. The house was renovated in 2024. Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

Newly renovated studio apartment in a small village on the outskirts of Cuneo, near France. Quiet and bright, it is suitable for business trips and vacation trips. Equipped with advanced comforts, it is strategically located at the foot of the mountains, not far from the Ligurian Riviera and the Langhe. Cupid's kingdom is a cottage for couples in Borgata Riosecco-La Tano dei Sarvanot, 2 km from Pradleves. On the ground floor, there is a small kitchen where you will find everything you need for breakfast and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the valley. Via del Campo is the name we have given to our house: we welcome you to a bright and cosy space, where you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of the Alps and the tranquillity of the countryside. It has been prepared with care and passion: everything you will find is handcrafted by me, a retired carpenter. The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys and is just a few minutes from Cuneo and the neighbouring towns.

Color House is in a very quiet area, surrounded by meadows with a beautiful view of the mountains. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a detached house, with private entrance, parking, large garden and equipped outdoor space. There are 4 beds available (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed) with the possibility of adding 1 cot for small children.
