Dette stedet er perfekt for oss som ønsker rolige omgivelser. Et vakkert hjem med alt hva en trenger. Svømmebassenget er prikken over i' en. Samtidig er det ikke langt fra vakre og spennende byer omkring. Tusen hjertelig takk for lånet av stedet deres.

Alloggiato in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambine). La casetta è l’ideale rifugio per scoprire il paese delle fiabe senza fretta, chiacchierando con le persone del posto. Fresca senza bisogno di accendere il condizionatore nonostante le giornate calde, molto ben arredata, pulita e funzionale. Francesco è sempre reperibile, fornisce indicazioni puntuali ed è persona molto corretta e gentile. Torneremo per esplorare i dintorni :)

The host was out of town so had her parents meet us. That became one of the highlights of our trip. They spoke very little English, but using Google translate we were able to communicate. Incredibly friendly and welcoming people. They used their little Fiat to transport our luggage from the FREE parking to the apartment, which was an easy walk if you aren't carrying luggage. Her mom ended up giving my wife and daughter a ride around town in the car, honking and waving at everyone who was smiling and waving back to her. She had a bottle of wine, as well as coupons for a free coffee and pastry in the morning at a local cafe, along with other amenities, in the apartment. The apartment is older, but well maintained and gives a very authentic vibe. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable. Very quiet location with incredible views. I saw more cats than people late at night. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

The house is clean and modern with comfortable beds. The kitchen/diner has everything you could need and there is also a small utility room. Be aware that the lounge area is only relaxing for 2 adults due to limited soft seating. The shared pool is lovely and a couple of minutes walk away - there is a WC and changing facilities there too. The village itself is very quiet and there are lovely views from both balconies. However, it's a 15 min drive to the nearest village with cafes, restaurants and the same for food shopping - you need to be organised with provisions. However, the community centre (an old school) does a good coffee and a few essentials in their little shop. The apartment is well located for Viterbo, Orvieto, Bomarso and Lake Bolsena - also some lovely walking locally.

L'appartamento è situato in un borghetto molto bello ed estremamente tranquillo. Gli spazi sono fruibili ed abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito. Veranika è stata molto gentile e molto chiara con le informazioni richieste. Consigliato!

Fantastic Hosts, Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Location!! Lucca Matteo and Elisabatta could not have been more attentive and helpful. The Villa is superb and is ideally located for visiting the numerous nearby attractions. it is also the perfect place if you want to bring your dog - Archie thoroughly enjoyed himself!! Many thanks and we will be back!!

This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Andrea una persona meravigliosa e attentissimo alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottima accoglienza e appartamento in perfette condizioni: pulito, ordinato e con tutti i comfort per sentirsi a casa. Abbiamo già consigliato questa casa ad amici intenzionati ad andare in quelle zone e noi torneremo per un soggiorno più lungo. Grazie
