Holiday rentals with a pool in Roccalbegna

Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Martina’s entire estate is very peaceful and extremely beautiful. Just remember that it is really off the beaten path. She was so passionate about the property and making people feel right at home. It was one of the more beautiful places we stayed in all of Italy. Make sure to bring food up there with you before going. It is at least 35 min to town, but this is one of those places it is almost not worth leaving. Wish we had more time to stay there.

You will not regret your stay! From the moment we were greeted by Elisa’s father on arrival we felt welcomed. The accomodation exceeded our expectations with absolutely everything that you would need with the bonus of being able to access to the amazing pool. It is only a short walk down to the city centre. To top this all off, the hosts are extremely generous and friendly. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us. We will look at returning one day!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem absolut niedlichen Haus, das inmitten atemberaubender Natur liegt. Die Ruhe ist einzigartig – man hört nur das Zwitschern der Vögel, und hin und wieder zeigen sich Rehe am Waldrand. Einfach magisch! Der Pool war top gepflegt und man hatte richtig Ruhe. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns die Küche: So liebevoll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet – das haben wir so noch nie erlebt! Der Gasherd und der hochwertige Backofen haben das Kochen zu einem Vergnügen gemacht. Gastgeber Diego war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich bei ihm sofort willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und liebevolle Details zu schätzen wissen.

Beautiful, peaceful stay. Amazing, secluded location. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming - made us feel right at home. Lots of great walks around, including the nearby winery. The only downside is it does get rather cold in the stone apartment but during warmer weather the coolness in the apartment would probably be perfect. They provided a portable heater & a hot water bottle though which was nice. Thank you Tebea for being such a lovely host!

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

Where to begin? We had the most glorious stay at Fernando’s wonderful home. Genuinely, best holiday we have ever had and we will definitely be returning! Firstly, Fernando and his family were incredibly kind and hospitable! Fernando checked us in, gave us an overview of the wonderful villa (which is even more stunning in person!) and had left olive oil, pasta, cheese, wine etc. All the necessities! He treated us to a tour of the property on the penultimate evening, and his mother made us a traditional Tuscan dinner of meats, cheese, etc. The aperitif was delicious! Fernando’s lovely wife also spoiled us with homemade limoncello. Wow! We did not expect this and were pleasantly surprised! I hope we can repay the favour somehow someday. The property itself is stunning. You can tell that Fernando and his family invest a lot of love and energy into the place. If you’re looking for a break in paradise, go here! Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Siamo stati accolti con calore da Monica, con la sua energia travolgente, e Renato, con il suo aplomb irresistibile. Due persone gentili, attente e autentiche, che sanno farti sentire subito a casa. Le nostre due Weimaraner si sono sentite subito a loro agio, accolte con affetto e libertà. Il Capolinea è immerso nel verde, perfetto per rallentare e riscoprire il piacere delle piccole cose. La piscina invita al relax, magari con un aperitivo al tramonto. A pochi minuti, una collina regala una vista spettacolare sul lago, da togliere il fiato. Ogni dettaglio è curato con amore, creando un’atmosfera calda e rigenerante. Stare al Capolinea è respirare l’energia di un sogno diventato realtà: Monica e Renato hanno creato un luogo autentico, dove godere della natura, del buon cibo e delle connessioni umane vere. Torneremo presto. Ci mancherete tantissimo 😘!

Such a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a few days! It was central to many tours and activities, great for exploring! Luca was a wonderful host and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. The restaurant was great! I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better! Completely exceeded our expectations!

Logement très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé et confortable. La terrasse et la piscine sont super et permettent de bien profiter du magnifique paysage du Val d’Orcia. C’est facile de se stationner. La route passe devant le logement mais nous étions quand même très au calme et nous nous sommes vraiment sentis en pleine nature. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un doux séjour en pleine nature milieu du Val d’Orcia !

Quaint and cozy countryside cottage in a small welcoming village for an authentic experience. An opportunity to slow down and explore the beautiful landscape. Responsive host with a well stocked kitchen. Grocery store nearby. Walking trails everywhere and hot springs accessible with a car.

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.

Jederzeit wieder! Wir sind total herzlich empfangen worden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber hat für zwei Personen alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten auf der Terrasse oder am Pool viel Zeit um zu entspannen und die Idylle der Toskana zu genießen. Im Umkreis kann man wunderschöne Orte, Restaurants, Weingüter und vieles mehr besuchen. Emanuele und Angela waren immer erreichbar und haben uns tolle Insider Tipps gegeben. The house was amazing, especially the area and the views. Sitting outside and using the pool in this beautiful surrounding were absolutely fantastic. It's a very wie and lovely place with a very nice pizza oven and barbecue outside. The owner are very nice and the communication was really good. We would really like to come back. Thank you for everything and also for the nice olive oil!

We had a lovely stay — the villa is absolutely beautiful and we had a great time enjoying the space and surroundings. The location is also ideal, close to stunning towns like Pienza. A few improvement points: there was no proper coffee-making equipment, just a few filters; the fireplace hadn’t been cleaned and had no firelighters; and the air conditioning didn’t work in about half the rooms. Also, the check-in wasn’t smooth — the time was moved to 16:00, but the cleaners were still busy when all 14 of us arrived. With a bit more attention to these details, it could be a truly exceptional stay.

Luigi and Laura were the perfect host. The vegetables from Laura's family were very welcome. We also loved the dinner they cooked for us. We felt like part of the family. The villa was absolutely amazing. Stunning location, the pool was out of this world. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

We had the most amazing time at Chiara’s place!! She was a spectacular host and everything was beyond perfect!! Chiara went above and beyond with every little thing and it couldn’t have been more amazing or special. She is friendly, kind, warm, thoughtful, funny and genuinely caring. We are already planning our trip back!! 😍🥰😉

Overall the location and charm of the property were stunning. Spacious bedrooms and living areas (beware uneven flooring, to be expected in an old farmhouse, my elderly father struggled). NOTE: we have not been asked for a cash deposit with Airbnb before and were surprised when a man came about 3 hours after we arrived to collect €400 cash. He spoke no English and used his phone to call someone who could speak to me. The host had not said he would be coming, or who he was. I contacted Airbnb support who said I could pay through the resolution centre. As others mentioned, there were no oil, salt, pepper etc, although a few dishwasher tablets. The jacuzzi and sauna work with tokens for €8 each. Didn’t use so not sure how long you get. BUT, this is a stunning property with unbeatable views in the heart of Tuscany, tucked away on a hillside down a gravel track. Would definitely book again. Pool is pristine, towels spotless, beds comfortable.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist noch um einiges schöner als es sowieso auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Gegend ist auch wunderschön. Es war zudem immer eine Person vor Ort sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Das Haus war sauber und hatte alles zu bieten. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

A beautiful place, everything you need for rest and relaxation, a huge garden with olive and fruit trees for private walks. beautifully lit house and patio around the pool. Very helpful and nice host Alberto. His parents also welcomed us nicely, our children liked them very much. The host made sure that we lacked nothing. He gave tips on trips and places worth seeing. We had a great time there, we will definitely come back. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

We had a fantastic stay with a group of four adults and five kids. Accommodations were immaculate, private chefs were decadent and delicious, and fantastic wine. The grounds were just lovely as well and we enjoyed having a fire in the fire place every evening. That you for a lovely stay!
