Once upon a time, in a small village surrounded by peace and olive trees, there was a little stone house. On the ground floor there is a manger, and on the first floor there is a barn and a drying room. 300 years have passed and the little house is still there, completely renovated with modern comforts but with its heart in a timeless past. A sunny terrace where you can sunbathe in total privacy and a patio where you can dine by moonlight. To be enjoyed in the cool in summer or in the warmth in winter with the person you love.

After the excursion, the return is a treat, the garden awaits you with its quiet, perfect for a moment of relaxation, a hot tea, a bath in a tub or a sauna. And when evening falls, the show continues outside, gazing at the stars.

The house in Langa, "the grandparents' house" is located in the quiet and surrounded by nature. Recently renovated and belonging to the family for three generations. A flight of stairs leads to a bright living area with sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom all on the same level. The kitchen overlooks the large garden with private pool, solarium area and gazebo equipped for outdoor dining, also thanks to the convenient barbecue and outdoor sink. Free parking in front, breathtaking view.

Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

It has been prepared with care and passion: everything you will find is handcrafted by me, a retired carpenter. The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys and is just a few minutes from Cuneo and the neighbouring towns.

Triora, famous for being the 'Witches' Town', is only 7 km away, while the sea is 30 km away and France is 65 km away.
