It is a village house with a twist: architecturally redesigned some 10 years ago it offers 160m2 of spacious, open plan living that is filled with light and is an easy 4km walk or bike ride from the beautiful Cite d'Uzes. Montaren et St Mediers, is a perfectly preserved village and the closest village to Uzes. An unheated natural pool located on a terrace can be used in summer depending on the weather. House fully equipped with all modern amenities (reversible air conditioner, wood stove, equipped kitchen). Access by private dirt road of about 200 meters (watch out for low cars).
