Cosy, close to city centre flat

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Ground floor flat with own entrance on a quiet road in the lovely Roath area which has lots of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. The flat is a 15 minute walk from the city centre, so an ideal location for match days / concerts. Parking- there are 5 non-permit parking spaces next to the flat, however if these are full there is usually space further up the street or on nearby streets. Feel free to ask any questions!

My small cosy town house is the perfect base from which to explore Cardiff. It is set just a few streets back from Roath park and is close to Albany and Wellfield road, with plenty of shops, bars and cafes. You are not far from town, with easy links to the Bay. The house itself has recently been renovated and although there are still bits left to do, it will provide a comfortable and quiet place for your stay.
