Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Roanoke

This was a good location for our needs. Great to be able to walk to Grandin downtown. Also great to have our dog with us. The park down the road was good for her to play. Anna was very quick to respond to our questions.

We had such a good time at April’s place! The house was very cozy and just what we were looking for! Would definitely recommend!

Betsy’s house on Smith Mountain Lake is wonderful. From the driveway it looks like a jiggly small cottage. You go inside and wow! What a surprise! 6 bedrooms on two floors, a screened in porch, a deck and wonderful dock and boathouse. We enjoyed ourselves so much here.

Missy’s place was exactly as described—nice, cozy, and just like the pictures! She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. We felt so comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We have a son at VT and came to celebrate his birthday for the long weekend. The house had more beds than we needed, but we appreciated the space. We really liked the fenced in yard for our dogs. It was a particularly wet and cold weekend, so it was nice to be able to let them out easily. We also appreciated being able to park in the garage to avoid getting soaked! The location was close to downtown with lots of food options nearby. We walked 5 minutes to pick up donuts before it started raining one day. We also found a nearby dog park when the weather let up. Our son and friend’s wifi was down, so they came to study at the house which was nice. I worked while they studied, and there was plenty of space for all! We also celebrated his birthday at the house with cake and games. We hope to be back to enjoy it again in the future!

We came to Lynchburg to help our daughter with her best friend’s baby shower. The kitchen was perfect with plenty of counter space. It was stocked with everything we needed. It was decorated cute and very cozy. We were thankful to be able to bring our older pup.

Conny's home was well stocked with all of the essentials. It was the best of all of the rental homes that we have rented. His home worked very well for the 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 children. Two of the children play ice hockey and it was just minutes away from both ice rinks. The location worked well for us, (grocery stores, restaurants, mall, theater, etc.), was so close by. Conny's home is at the top of our list. Conny responded quickly when we had any questions. We would defintely enjoy staying here again.

We were quite comfortable both times we stayed on this trip. Everything was sparkling with practically if not new appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, and if walking the dog, going towards town, there are fewer dogs to get barking. The park is a block away, and Todd's BarBQue is close and good for takeout or eat in, Marathon gas station is half a block for any quick stop purchases. Michelle always responded quickly to any questions.

The best thing about the house is the location. Walking distance to restaurants and a coffee Shop was convenient. Also, the house is located a few minutes from my son’s house. The host was very helpful and accommodating. I left some clothes hanging and she immediately called to let me know and was responsive to making arrangements for them to be picked up. Check in and out was easy and the house was very cozy during the stormy winter weather during my stay.

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy feeling. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with anything we might need. Very nice outdoor sitting and eating area as well. We had such a relaxing time!

I loved everything about this home. Parking was available, quiet home , very clean , decorated nicely , honestly it felt like home away from home . Very cozy ! Thank you so much for letting me stay in your home !

Great place to stay while in Lynchburg!! Very close to Liberty University. Place was very clean! Hosts were very accommodating with everything we needed even had water in a dog bowl for our pup when we walked in. We thought that was so sweet!!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back!

Nedra and Bubba made me feel welcome from the moment I met them. They helped me pack in my luggage and showed me around the place. It was cozy and warm! I saw them through out my stay but they were always giving me my privacy. The house is in such a great location, it allowed for close access to restaurants, historical spots and entertainment. Definitely would stay here again!

We loved our stay in the loft! Overall quiet and very cozy; the bed was to die for. I was a little worried about the parking but the lot right next to the building and the YouTube video helped a lot, and we had no issues parking whatsoever.

Debbie was a fantastic host and her place was perfect for a weekend swim meet. We appreciated the early check in and snacks and it was so nice to have a dryer for the wet swim towels. She had clearly thought about the guest experience with things like detergent, soap, coffee creamer, etc. We definitely hope to book here again if we have another swim meet in Christiansburg.

Had a wonderful stay! The location is great and very walkable. We appreciated the layout and furniture. The host was very helpful and provided clear instructions. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

Perfect for dog lovers and lake lovers! I’ve rented various condos at Smith Mountain Lake and several different ones at Stripers Landing, but Shannon’s place is now my new favorite. With a great view, plenty of space and the option to bring the pup - it’s such a treat. Highly recommend.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful space. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had during stay. Kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals even a blender. It's the little things like washing pods, coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and such, that make your trip that much smoother. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at Kathleen’s condo numerous times, and it is always perfect! The kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked, the bedding is comfortable, and the whole condo feels like home away from home. Kathleen is an attentive and friendly host. We look forward to going back!

We had a great stay at this beautiful, cozy condo! The views of Smith Mountain Lake were gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking it all in. The option to choose between the screened-in and open patios was so nice to have. The condo was very clean, and the area around it is beautiful—perfect for a quiet getaway. Leslie and Craig were responsive and helpful, especially when I needed to come back to grab a few things I left behind after check-out. We also appreciated the private dock box, which had nice camping chairs for sitting by the water and floats for swimming. The condo was cozy, with plenty of blankets to keep things comfortable. We hope to be back again!

Great stay. Cute condo right above restaurant and store. Brought my SUP and used it a lot. Lots to do at Mariner’s landing. Great food and service at The Landing, Bruno’s and Bottles and Bites. State Park 7 minutes away is excellent for hiking. Lots of friendly neighbors! We’re ready to go back!!

The place was just like the photos . We loved everything about it . I will say the bed was so comfy and cozy . I would highly recommend staying here !

We absolutely enjoyed our Christmas stay! It was extremely peaceful and the view was spectacular. The onsite dining was very convenient and the food was delicious. We were able to get out and walk, my husband and son had great luck fishing. I would love to come back during the summer season. The condo was clean and beautiful. Judy is a wonderful host.
