We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

Arlen is a wonderful host. She prepared and organized everything perfectly. I felt at home in her apartment. The furnishings are very cozy. I would have loved to stay there longer. I can highly recommend her.

we are very comfortable staying in her place. the place is clean and eventhough we have an issue in the remote control of the AC it is quickly resolved. definitely will book again if we have an errand in sta. rosa in the future.

The place is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially loved the balcony—it even had a designated smoking area, which was a nice bonus. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. I’ll definitely be booking again!

This is our third time booking one of Marylou's places, and just like before, everything was perfect. The space is incredibly clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need—whether it's for a short stay or a longer one. The quiet neighborhood adds to the charm, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Marylou herself is a true gem. Warm, welcoming, and full of that "cool mom" vibe we’ve come to love. She always greets me and my wife with genuine laughter and joy, and her communication is top-notch—detailed, prompt, and thoughtful. What more could you ask for? A fantastic place and an amazing host. Definitely a 10/10 experience. No wonder we’ve booked here three times already—and it certainly won’t be the last. This is our go-to spot whenever we need a quick escape from reality. Highly recommended!

Melody's place was great. It was in the middle of the town. Quite walkable. Too bad, it was raining quite a bit at that time but if it weren't, walking around town was a good experience. Her place was good value for money. Would love to stay at the same place when we make a visit to Montalban again.

Arrived early hours in the morning but the host was there waiting with smile on their face Were very helpful during my stay.The place was small and compact but being on my own was just right.Was a short walk to sari sari store and tricyles which i used a lot as didnt have my own transport.Was there for 1 month and enjoyed every minute. For short stay its worth it.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Ms Romalie was a hospitable host, very responsive and nice. Her place is a cozy and a relaxing escape, perfect for unwinding away from the city and disconnecting from screens. Peaceful setting, comfortable space.. just what we needed to recharge.

This was our second time staying at one of Sir Oscar's places. The place was very serene and clean, and everything we needed was provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the pots and pans you'd need. The bathroom was clean and in perfect working condition. The living area had a big-screen TV with streaming services, an arcade machine, and even a full-sized massage chair. The pool was regularly cleaned. They even offered hikes to Laguna Bay (a 10 minute walk) and the mountainside. Best of all, the staff was very attentive and helpful. Ate Evelyn and Kuya Edmond, thank you very much po! Thank you again, Sir Oscar, for such a wonderful stay and for making our little girl's birthday extra special. Highly recommended! we'll definitely be back!

Our stay was fantastic! The host responded immediately and was very easy to talk to, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The place was spotless and perfect for unwinding from work, as well as having fun with friends and colleagues. It’s incredibly well-equipped with complete amenities and activities—literally all you need to bring is yourself! On-The-day coordinator was exceptionally kind and helpful, ensuring everything went seamlessly. The food was also great—delicious and satisfying. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it to our family and friends. Looking forward to visiting again!

The place is exactly as described. Neighborhood was quiet and the unit feels safe with a lockable metal gate installed as well. The place is neat and spacious. It was also very cosy, my husband and I felt at home right away. April is an excellent host. She has hosted us twice, and on both instances, we are impressed by her responsiveness, friendliness and her hospitality. We will definitely book the place again when we visit.

Sir John, and his co host is very nice and responsive. Location is very accessible and near Walter mart etc. which is very convenient. Though, there was a power shut down due to accident, Sir John offered a refund as a kind gesture for inconvenience. We loved his place , we feel at home 🏠.

I've used AirBnB in the Philippines for quite a while, and I can say that Sharmaine is the most responsive host who really cares about the convenience of her guests. Primarily, if there is a problem with the electricity cut off or Internet issues, Sharmaine handles such issues very quickly and pays a lot of attention to the matter until it is finally solved. What I like the most is easy communication and ability to solve any issues arising at home. I didn't have hosts who would message me in advance about potential issues, but it is very common to hear from Sharmaine about the issues in the condo before they arise, so this is pleasant. The place itself is good to stay at, it meets my needs, and overall I enjoy it. The people living around are nice, especially the security guards.

This unit was a two bedroom with kitchen and washer/ dryer. it had a great place for us to eat as a family and to just sit and talk. The wall unit air con in both bedrooms kept the temperature just right. The hot water heater on the shower functioned perfectly and the full size frig was a life saver for a birthday dinner. Great closet space and quiet! Would stay there again.

Ian is really a good host, he communicates very well and he addresses all the concerns very quickly. He treated us very fairly which I liked about him even more. The place is so nice! It matched all the descriptions and everything is good. I highly recommend Ian's place. The fact that we enjoyed our stay and we had the chance to swim together in a beautiful pool and surroundings made our stay more fun and enjoyable. Thank you so much!!

It's my second time to stay at this lovely unit. I love staying there and wish I could always stay there whenever I visit the area. This time my daughter came with me, and she loved it too! She could tell that Ms Con knows how to take great care of her guests.
