What a pleasure to arrive in such a large, well-equipped, impeccable apartment, close to the city centre while being quiet. Small touches that show that the owner is attentive to the well-being of their tenants and very clear information to arrive in the best conditions. Nothing is missing, everything is in perfect condition and the apartment is even bigger than what appears in the photo album. We had a wonderful week and will definitely stay there again. A very beautiful, large and fully equipped one bedroom. Loved the peacefulness and modern touches.. Had everything we needed for a week's stay.. Nice garden with outside dining and seating all for the guests....There's a lovely forrest 5 min walk and shops are very near and walkable.. Caroline is a perfect host.. She respects you your privacy but is there to help with anything you need... Thank you Caroline,..

i had a great stay of two weeks at Chloé's... I really appreciated his warm welcome and their availability in case of small problems ... the studio is very cocoon, well thought out and comfortable ... the bedding is good , the bathroom is large...the tasteful decor, makes us feel in a real cocoon. In addition, from the glass door, there is a beautiful view of the garden . to recommend. i would definitely stay here.

We enjoyed being surrounded by woods, the superb view from the living room, the comfortable and quiet accommodation, as well as its location. Hosts are very responsive and considerate.

Very welcoming and friendly host! Was attentive to any request and need. Impeccable accommodation, tools, equipment, everything was available and on site. Although we can hear the cars passing mainly in the first bedroom and a little less in the second, for a short stay this is not a problem. I highly recommend this accommodation with its very nice little outdoor garden.

We had a wonderful 4 ½ months in Oud-Heverlee and immediately felt at home. The café operations did not disturb us. Instead, we were able to enjoy the stunning terrace, which we had all to ourselves, especially in the mornings before the café opened at 2 PM. The surrounding nature is impressively beautiful. Many small lakes and great forests criss-crossed by small and large paths invite you to walk and cycle. The old town of Leuven can also be reached by bike in half an hour.

Beautiful place, calm, spacious and done with taste and simplicity. Will be my favourite place in Brussels going forward. Close to shops and transport.

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

Amazing flat - very comfortable bed and bright and airy. 10/10 reccomend

Really beautiful and spacious apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped. The only minor issue was that we would have preferred the bed to be a bit higher off the ground, but it was still very comfy and always had a good nights sleep. It's very easy to get into the city centre, and we enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood.

Rachel place was described, very clean, very close to the metro and attractions. The bed was very comfortable as well. Communication was easy and response was quick when ever I asked questions. The instructions given by Rachel & Jean Marc were very clear. Really appreciate the effort that they put in. The only issue we had was the poor soundproofing, which is probably the same for the buildings around Europe. The bedroom seems to be next to the neighbor's kitchen/dining area. We got woken up in the middle of the night by the noise/sound of the neighbor making food after a late night out. and the next couple days we can hear them getting ready for the day in the morning. Not sure if it only happened to us as there weren't many people who mentioned about this issue. Other than that, we had a good time in the flat, nothing else to complain.

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Very nice house, well furnished, with all the necessary comforts. Beautiful clean space. Jacuzzi and terrace is really a plus 👍🏻 with a beautiful view. Very nice welcome, no worries. Note that you are on a national road and therefore during the day, there is traffic noise😉. Recommended nonetheless!

Really beautiful place! Tastefully decorated, very clean, functional with all the comforts. The kitchen and bathrooms are more than equipped. Lots of small touches are present in all the rooms so that we feel really at home. Communication with Sarah goes very well, she responds quickly to our messages and tries to satisfy us as best as possible. We recommend ++++ and we will come back.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.
