Maison Azu – 2 bedroom gîte

Lydia and Pierre-Yves will be happy to welcome you to Maison Azu, an old farmhouse from 1850 that they have restored; the cottage was built in the old stable. The village of Josse is located on the banks of the Adour, 20 km from the Landes beaches, at the gates of the Basque Country, Béarn, Spain. The two comfortable bedrooms each have a terrace and separate bathrooms. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen. Terrace and private garden of about 300 m2.

Facing west, the apartment overlooks a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ From 7 September, work will take place in the residence. Due to the possible noise nuisance and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the works.

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
