Best Airbnb rented to date! This villa is absolutely splendid and the views are breathtaking. Anse d'Arlet is super quiet, and well located for visiting the other villages and beaches around. We loved snorkeling with turtles and fish, the fresh fish market, the beautiful Diamant beach, but most of all, we always looked forward to returning to the villa to enjoy the pool and the view… thank you for a great stay!!

This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The development is located in a quiet, peaceful area and has a very nice view. The host is attentive and very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. Everything was even better than we imagined! We were always happy to come back to the villa in the afternoon, after our morning excursions, so the terrace, view and pools were inviting. Mentioning the great availability & responsiveness of Natacha and Yoann, who responded promptly to our questions. We would have stayed there again and we dream of going back someday!

We spent 2 amazing weeks in a very well-equipped accommodation with a magnificent view of the diamond rock, the sea and the sunset. Not overlooked, which is very nice to enjoy the pool. François and his wife are welcoming, warm and always available hosts, all with lots of little tips and attention: a planter pitcher and a beautiful basket of fruit awaits you. Thanks again to them for this beautiful place where we have great memories.

It was a pleasure to stay at La Villa next door. This is a lovely quiet, peaceful house that really allowed us to disconnect from everyday life and be a change of scenery. When we arrived we found the house well equipped, Sylvie & Thierry took the trouble to leave us breakfast for the next morning while shopping. I sincerely recommend the Villa next door if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and recharge

We had a delicious stay at Villa CocoNice, the house is sublime, tastefully decorated, spacious and very well equipped. Beautiful sunsets by the end of the day, to be done again without a second thought! Thanks to Marie-Claude for hosting us and for being available.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet and peaceful area with sea views, friendly little beach less than 10 minutes walk away with a rather nice restaurant nearby too.

An ideal house for families with children. The house, pool, and garden were absolutely clean and well-maintained. Nothing was missing. The house is located directly on the beach (2 minutes). The Diamond Center is a 10-15 minute walk. If I travel to Martinique again, I will book this house again. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful villa located in the middle of nature in a quiet and peaceful area. The view to the lush forest is stunning. The exterior as well as the interior are thoughtfully arranged. Everything is functional, complete and impeccably clean. The pool and hot tub allow for absolute relaxation. The location is well located making it easy to visit the island by car. Ideal location, superb view of the sea and the sunset. Anse d'Arlet is a little gem. The villa is spotless.

Jordana's place is a gem. The well thought layout, the beautiful and functional design provided a calm and great base to discover Martinique for our family. The nearby beach is scenic. There are also convenient stores and a charming village center. The breathtaking view makes it a must stay villa in Martinique. We will gladly stay there again.

We had a great holiday in this great spacious accommodation. The pool is a real plus that makes holidays and evenings pleasant. Beautiful trees and flowers are around, it is a quiet and discreet place. The accommodation is well furnished, air-conditioned, complete with equipment. Two very small things that could possibly be changed but do not hinder the use of the accommodation in any way: one of the bathrooms is extremely small, put a glass between the shower and the toilet? And change the mattress in the master bedroom, which is starting to get old :) But otherwise, we remember only the positive, the calm, the space, the relaxation and very good communication with the host! And very good guavas, thank you!

Lovely peaceful location with gorgeous views. Having your own small pool was amazing! Sandrine was a really helpful and friendly host! Only thing to be aware is that you need to walk up a steep path and stairs from the parking so perhaps a challenge with anyone with mobility issues or smaller children. Location was central and an easy 10-15 min drive from many amazing beaches!

Joshua welcomed us super warmly in his beautiful home at Le Robert. Conveniently located on the island for visiting Martinique. Very delighted to have stayed at your place, which is well equipped, refurbished and with everything we need for our stay and many touches that make a difference. I recommend it!
