Ce coin de verdure chic & cosy offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Surplombé par un filet sur la mezzanine, cet espace atypique vous permettra de chiller avec un bouquin & observer les enfants jouer à l'issu d'un tour dans le Spa situé sous le préau. La voie verte se trouve en contre bas du clos ce qui permet de belles balades à vélos&pied. Chinon se trouve à 4,5km, Tours a 40 min, Saumur a 30 minutes… Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite (marches, escaliers...)

You'll be staying at the foot of the Royal Fortress of Chinon. Located in the heart of Chinon's medieval old town, our studio is a clean, bright, quiet place on the ground floor looking out onto a flowered garden where you can relax during your stay. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bath with a shower, a double bed, a large, comfortable sofa, WIFI, and TV. Just outside the windows is a garden area with both sun and shade and tables available for you to enjoy.

The village of Ligré is a 10-minute drive from Chinon, a charming town listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site... La maison est composée d'une pièce de séjour avec cuisine équipée, de 2 chambres avec balcon, et d'une salle de bain douche à l'étage, WC séparé. Terrasse devant la maison, accessible le soir. Vous pouvez vous garer devant la maison pour décharger vos bagages, le parking gratuit est à 2min à pieds.
