Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Riviera Nayarit

We had a wonderful time in Yelapa in this beautiful home! James was incredibly responsive and helped us with anything we needed. The views were breathtaking and the house was perfectly located. Yelapa was the perfect place for us to spend the week with our two toddlers. Lots of places to explore, animals to see and great food to eat. It was a dream vacation!

Excellent location, nearby and very beautiful beaches, very safe and prestigious place in the area, we will return soon

This house was perfect for multi generational family (multiple levels is something to think about if mobility is issue) We had more than enough space for all family members to gather either on deck off kitchen, upper deck where bbq and fire table overlooks ocean view and the stars at night were incredible. If that’s not enough, the spectacular infinity pool was amazing to relax, swim or play card games outside, or sneak off on your own and find plenty of spaces in or out to read your favourite book. This was the perfect end to our vacation as was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to beach or 20 min car ride to SAN Pancho (SAN Francisco) where that small town vibe with markets, many restaurants and ocean front greets you. We had all we needed for a perfect getaway and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

Our stay at Villa Sol Amor was absolutely incredible. The house itself was stunning, beautifully designed with amazing views from every single room. The decor and layout were thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and we can’t say enough good things about the housekeeper, Maria—she was truly wonderful and made everything feel seamless. We deeply appreciated all the little touches that made our stay special. We’ll definitely be coming back to Villa Sol Amor—it felt like a dream!

The house is very nice and nice. The only thing I don't quite understand. because I have rented on other occasions in Mexicali, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel It's an extra deposit of $400.00 USD Good thing he cancelled it in the end. But the house exceeds expectations Thank you very much for your hospitality

Excellent, we love San Pacho and where our pets are always welcome🐶❤️!! The house has everything you need, the pool has a timer so the water is heated which makes the stay very pleasant😊, As constructive criticism it lacks a bit of maintenance and cleaning to the kitchen furniture as is a refrigerator and stove as well as the green areas pruning and leafy leaves. I would also add a little more privacy with the next door neighbor, maybe put some shady mesh. Steve was always on the lookout for us we would definitely come back !

It's difficult because much of our complications didn't have to necessarily do with the house itself. We loved the house. It was extremely difficult to get to and from town even when purchasing a golf cart, to which depending on the size of your group, we would definitely would get more than one cart because it was hard getting a lot of people up and down the mountain and charging the cart was a problem. I killed a very large cockroach that was on the very high ceiling of our bathroom but I had to spray chemicals all over to get it down. Also killed a large black scorpion in the master bedroom. Again, not necessarily the houses fault because you're literally almost in the woods up there so it made sense. The cleaning lady that was there every day was super kind and helpful. We had massage therapist come up to the house twice which was great. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, we really liked and enjoyed the house but would probably stay closer to town next time.

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Just a beautiful place to stay. The last time my husband and I went to Puerto Vallarta, we stayed in a hotel, which was more expensive and honestly, chaotic and crowded. Staying at Alexander's place was the opposite - peaceful, full kitchen, beautiful rooftop pool, and the location could not be better. 10/10 would stay again. The apartment was gorgeous.

This unit has beautiful ocean bay views, and the sunsets were amazing! The place accurately matches the photos and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It is in a busy neighborhood so there is plenty to do within a short walk in all directions. While the frameless sliding glass doors are nice for views, there was noticeable street noise at night that might be a consideration for light sleepers. The building lobby and roof terrace are a nice experience, and roof top pool is a superb place to relax. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you!

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience during my recent stay at your establishment. It was truly one of the best places I have ever stayed. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly accommodating and attentive to my needs. Anytime I required assistance, the response was swift and efficient, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I will be looking to stay at your place again the next time I visit the area.

David was an exceptional host—genuinely attentive, highly responsive, and went out of his way to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. When we arrived, we learned the rooftop was still under construction, but David more than made up for it with his accommodating nature and thoughtful communication. The studio itself has great water views, best enjoyed through the huge accordion door windows. Whether you're working remotely or just unwinding with a morning coffee, the vibes are ideal. Location-wise, David’s home hits the sweet spot. Situated on the quieter north side of Sayulita, it offers a welcome escape from the late-night noise and riff raff, while still being within walking distance—about 10-15 minutes on foot. That said, I’d highly recommend renting a golf cart to explore the area more freely and make any runs you need. Though the rooftop wasn’t finished during our stay, the sneak peek we got of the views up there was enough to guarantee a return visit.

I had a fantastic stay here! The place was exactly as pictured and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The rooftop amenities were a huge plus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Great location too— walking distance to the mall, Walmart, Sam’s and an Oxxo. Louis was very communicative throughout the check-in process and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again.

A very nice place to spend quiet days with the family, it has a very nice terrace, lots of kitchen utensils, hot water. The place seemed very safe to me. Mrs. Crucita was always very helpful and kind.

The location is about 10 min away from the location showing on Aurbnb and Google maps but Uriel was very responsive and provided an ATV ride to take us to the Airbnb. He was also very accommodating regarding the check-in and check-out times. He has a very sweet dog named Tequila 😃

This is by far, the most beautiful, hidden gem i have ever found in Mexico! I have traveled to many many places off the beaten track here over many years.. Besides amazingly beautiful, it is peaceful, serene, charming, and very comfortable.. Ramiro and his family are equally beautiful. Helpful, friendly, accommodating and hardworking...such a pleasure to meet this lovely family. Yes it is rustic, and yes it is full of charm! If you require everything 100% perfect, this is not the place for you. If you want to experience spectacular views, the beauty of nature in the mountains, authentic living, and meet this wonderful family..you have my highest recommendation... I will be back!

Wow, Yelapa is such a dream. Upon arriving here you immediately feel like you've found you're own little beach side paradise. Anita and her family were so welcoming and responsive and we felt right at home. I will note that if you are a sensitive sleeper BRING EAR PLUGS as the house is right on the road and the ATVs start cruising by pretty early in the morning. Definitely was not anywhere near a dealbreaker for us, but something to note.

My stay at this property was truly exceptional. Upon my arrival, I immediately felt at ease. The serene atmosphere provided a sense of tranquility, allowing me to enjoy the beach in solitude. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.

A very spacious and tidy house, very comfortable to rest and very easy to find

It is a very beautiful place, ideal to connect with nature, I thank Andrea who always attended all my doubts with great kindness before the accommodation, she and her mother are very friendly and attentive at all times, they guided us to the cabin, which is appreciated a lot, we spent a fairly fresh, delicious night! And the sleeping mattresses are delicious. I highly recommend this place, my family and I enjoyed it very much.

we loved the stay in this place, they offered more than expected, nice and pleasant experiences, they united us with them to spend new year together, they helped me in everything I needed, some things were missing in the room but by asking them right away they gave us, Janeth and her family as well as the guys of the place are very nice, friendly and accessible. my children were happy ahi and I with the comfort of knowing that they were safe, it was just great to have chosen their stay, a little withdrawn but equally served to know new paths. no doubt it is a recommended place both for the property and for the attention provided by everyone involved in the place. thank you Janeth
