Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Riviera Nayarit

We had a wonderful time in Yelapa in this beautiful home! James was incredibly responsive and helped us with anything we needed. The views were breathtaking and the house was perfectly located. Yelapa was the perfect place for us to spend the week with our two toddlers. Lots of places to explore, animals to see and great food to eat. It was a dream vacation!

Awesome house on the beach! The location is impeccable - quiet at the end of the San Pancho beach, but easy to walk or drive into town. The house was very traditional, but updated and comfortable - a good mix of modern ammenities and classic Mexican design. The pool was great and a nice area to relax. Beds were comfortable. Hot water was good. Wifi was reliable. An excellent choice for any small group.

Beautiful villa with the most amazing views of the water. If our group didn’t have other activities to do, we easily could have spent all day every day by the pool and enjoying the views of the ocean from the top patio.

La casa está Increíble, todas las habitaciones y las amenidades cumplieron al 100% la expectativa, toda la familia la disfruto mucho y salimos con un excelente sabor de boca.

Súper atenta Ariana y súper amable, aunque no requerí mucho de su ayuda debido a que la casa contaba con todo y en buen estado, siempre estuvo al pendiente, excelente lugar para pasar tus vacaciones o alojarse por cuestiones de trabajo como fue mi caso.

Thank you so much for the experience your home provided. It was the first time all my adult children and partners went on vacation together with me. Your home was just right in order for everyone to have the experience needed and to want to do it again!! Yes ... every Moms dream. Your kitchen was amazing and my son who loves to cook found everything and more needed to prepare wonderful meals for us all. Everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom was a plus. The easy walk ability to the beach was enjoyed by all, as was lounging by the pool. I enjoyed yoga on the upstairs terrace most mornings. Your home is a beautiful retreat. San Pancho is our new favorite Mexican destination and we would definitely book again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Mike's place. Mike was very friendly and communicative during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the location was great! We would definitely consider staying at Mike's place on a future trip to PV.

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

This is my 4th time staying at V399 and each time it's been excellent. Alex has a beautiful unit, spacious and comfortable. Even though it's in the heart of Zona Romantica I've never had problems with noise. The building staff are friendly and helpful. I hope to continue to make this my home away from home. We had a lovely stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s Airbnb! The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The apartment’s staff were all so kind and helpful and the common areas were very taken care of! It is also conveniently located by stores and restaurants, and there is always a sporting event taking place at the baseball/track field. The neighborhood was fairly quiet in the evening as well. Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic stay at Santiago’s place! The views were incredible, and the pool and jacuzzi—with their own stunning views—were a definite highlight. Caro helped us check in and was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location made it easy to walk around, with delicious restaurants and convenient stores just a short walk away. The home was spotless and exactly like the photos. We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

We LOVED our stay in Boca at Taty’s casita and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Quaint accommodations with rooftop terrace, space to hang wet clothes, hammock area and beautiful pool. Grounds are gorgeous with lots of tropical plants. Taty is very friendly and willing to help out however possible with any questions or concerns; very prompt in responding. A very special place!

Un lugar muy agradable para pasar días tranquilos conla familia, tiene una terraza muy bonita, muchos utensilios de cocina, agua caliente. El lugar me pareció muy seguro. La Señora Crucita fue siempre muy atenta y amable.

This is by far, the most beautiful, hidden gem i have ever found in Mexico! I have traveled to many many places off the beaten track here over many years.. Besides amazingly beautiful, it is peaceful, serene, charming, and very comfortable.. Ramiro and his family are equally beautiful. Helpful, friendly, accommodating and hardworking...such a pleasure to meet this lovely family. Yes it is rustic, and yes it is full of charm! If you require everything 100% perfect, this is not the place for you. If you want to experience spectacular views, the beauty of nature in the mountains, authentic living, and meet this wonderful family..you have my highest recommendation... I will be back!

Wow, Yelapa is such a dream. Upon arriving here you immediately feel like you've found you're own little beach side paradise. Anita and her family were so welcoming and responsive and we felt right at home. I will note that if you are a sensitive sleeper BRING EAR PLUGS as the house is right on the road and the ATVs start cruising by pretty early in the morning. Definitely was not anywhere near a dealbreaker for us, but something to note.

El alojamiento es encantador como se describe, ideal para aislarse y descansar. Alan y Vanessa fueron muy atentos. El acceso por lancha depende del clima, y el muelle de llegada está en muy mal estado. Alan muy al pendiente de nuestra llegada, nos tuvo que mandar lancha privada a Yelapa, tuvimos que pagar el doble ($300 por persona). El tapanco donde está la cama queda al nivel del suelo junto al camino, lo que puede incomodar si buscas privacidad, tiene un techo inclinado que dificulta subir o bajar, hay que espabilarse bien en la noche antes de bajar al baño. Tampoco se puede dejar comida fuera del refrigerador, ya que animales accedieron incluso a un anaquel alto. La playa es pequeña, con piedras, con boyas a 30 m, no apta para nadar, es más bien para disfrutar de la vista, vimos ballenas muy cerca! no hay atardeceres visibles ni mucho sol en el alojamiento. Desde el camino y otro alojamiento se ve el área donde pega el sol así que no hay mucha privacidad.

Todo muy bien, un lugar muy bonito a la orilla de la playa! Nos encantó!

Una casa muy amplia y ordenada, muy cómoda para descansar y muy fácil de encontrar

Es un lugar muy hermoso, ideal para conectar con la naturaleza, agradezco a Andrea que siempre atendió todas mis dudas con mucha amabilidad antes del alojamiento, ella y su mamá son muy amables y atentas en todo momento, nos guiaron hasta la cabaña, lo cual se agradece bastante, pasamos una noche bastante fresca, delicioso! Y los colchones para dormir son riquísimos. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar, mi familia y yo gozamos mucho.

Recomiendo el lugar de Elsa! Es súper bonito y en medio de la selva, un placer quedarnos ahí
