Beach 5 minutes walk, through typical "caruggio", after crossing the Aurelia road reachable from a staircase under the house. Outdoor swimming pool near the beach (at the end of the aforementioned alley), supermarket and pharmacy and other commercial activities always nearby. Accommodation located in a hilly position but at the same time easily central given the layout of the neighboring streets. Beautiful sea view of the gulf. Suitable for music lovers and those who adapt to doing a little exercise along our typical Ligurian passages, if you don't use a car. 5-minute walk to the beach, through a typical "caruggio", after having crossed the Aurelia road reached by a staircase under the house. Ferrarotti is located in the southern part of Piedmont, in the Langhe district, about 20 minutes drive from Barolo. The area is known for its gorgeous scenery, wine, cheese, truffles, hazelnuts and the Piedmontese cuisine. The house is completely undisturbed, about 500 meters above sea level, with vineyards on all sides and a separate small vineyard with Dolcetto grapes. There is a heated pool with amazing views (infinity pool) and a large and lovely garden with several sitting areas.

Isidore's house

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we prioritise comfort, quality hospitality and continuous improvement of our offering. Outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house only (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (crockery, washing machine, sheets, etc.).
