Isidore's house

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

Located 10 km from the capital of the province of Cuneo, 30 km from the famous ski resort of Limone Piemonte, Boves offers a foothold to visit the countless Piedmontese valleys, the city of Turin and the fascinating hills of the Langhe.

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we prioritise comfort, quality hospitality and continuous improvement of our offering. Outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house only (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (crockery, washing machine, sheets, etc.).

You find hiking and mtb tracks right outside the door. 10 minutes to the beach, 5 min to Biot village, by car. A spacious inside and outside living area with wonderful views. Due to stairs leading g to the apartment, it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility.
