Ferrarotti is located in the southern part of Piedmont, in the Langhe district, about 20 minutes drive from Barolo. The area is known for its gorgeous scenery, wine, cheese, truffles, hazelnuts and the Piedmontese cuisine. The house is completely undisturbed, about 500 meters above sea level, with vineyards on all sides and a separate small vineyard with Dolcetto grapes. There is a heated pool with amazing views (infinity pool) and a large and lovely garden with several sitting areas.

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

In Costa, about one kilometre from Celle Ligure beach, I offer the first floor of a new detached villa consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom, and a small living room with a kitchen for private use. The accommodation also includes a terrace with a view of the gulf and a table for eating outdoors. Private parking is available with a road that is difficult to access, maximum width 1.80 metres. The area is very quiet and close to hiking trails (stage 16 of the Sentiero Liguria)

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we prioritise comfort, quality hospitality and continuous improvement of our offering. Outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house only (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (crockery, washing machine, sheets, etc.).

The suite includes 3 double rooms, each of which has a large terrace. There are two bathrooms: one master and one private. The rooms are spacious, bright and equipped with the best amenities. The suite is a 15-minute walk from the center of Alba and includes a large parking lot. Guests will have the entire suite at their disposal, which has a separate and independent entrance; there is also a wifi connection.
