Holiday rentals with beach access in Riviera di Ponente

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mathieu and Sophie's beautiful home! They're backyard is a perfect spot to relax under the tree and overlook the ocean. It's also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrises. The home is very modern with very high tech controls but able to quickly learn due to their very well written instructions. The ability to play music from their built in speakers was a nice touch. Having a private parking spot was very helpful since we had a car. We loved the neighborhood, close to bakeries, a bocci ball park, and not far from restaurants and shopping. But far away enough from the city center for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you to Mathieu and Sophie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Peaceful location and beautiful view!

We had a memorable time in sunny South of France. The place offers plenty both space and privacy for plenty of people. Location is unbeatable, sea view is amazing!

Excellent location as it is close to the beach and sufficiently “far away” from the noise. It's easy to walk around town with many services nearby. 5-Star Host always ready to help and easy conversation. Esteve always worried about helping with everything. My congratulations to Mr. Marcello.

Wonderful visit at the apartment. We stayed for a week. The location was perfect for us. Close to bus and tram stops, grocery and bakery shops — and across the street from the promenade, where we could stroll all the way to Old Nice. Perfect! The view from the apartment was just beautiful morning, noon and night. While the bathroom is bijou, the apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. I do have to mention how very comfortable the beds were. That was a welcome bonus after a long day of sight seeing. Our hosts were so pleasant, responsive and accommodating to work with. That made our travel so much easier. I look forward to a return visit where I will book this apartment again. Thank you, Tam and Jennifer. I am happy to recommend.

Spacious apartment and very responsive and helpful host. Great aircon for the height of summer season. Pool lovely and well located for both walking into Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Could be modernised in some areas like the kitchen but all very clean and things working fine.

Marcella was immediately very available to answer all our questions, the house is beautiful and the view from the master bedroom is priceless. We will definitely be back!

This is our second time staying in this apartment and we had a very good time again. The location is strategic (there is a walk along the sea with a breathtaking view that allowed us to get to Monaco in 15/20 min on foot) and parking is easy to find and very close to the entrance of the house. There was a new dye on the walls that made the apartment renovated and even more cared for.

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. The apartment is practically perfect, beautiful, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It is in an ideal location because it is a short distance from the sea and the center but at the same time in a very quiet, green and quiet area. The host was helpful, courteous and attentive to my needs, but also proactive and useful to allow me to have a pleasant and interesting stay with tips and suggestions. Once again, a gem of a find with a fantastic, responsive host. When travelling, it's the details that matter most and Nina has EVERY detail covered. Let's start with an absolutely immaculate, sparkling home with ample space for two. On arrival there was a bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates on the pillows and a welcome card, The spacious bathroom was fully stocked with necessities. The kitchen is a dream and equally stocked. The home itself is extremely spacious and faces the sea with soft cool breezes and the sounds of birds constantly filling the apartment—a million dollar view. Monaco is short 10-12 minute walk and it's steps to restaurants and a small grocery store—there is also an enormous Carrefour along the walk to Monaco. A beautiful beach is also a simple 5 minute walk down the hill. This home is the perfect distance from the busy of Monaco and it's made even better by Nina's incredible care. Merci beaucoup Nina. We'll be back.

I'm glad I spent 2 months in this apartment. Everything was perfect, it is very well equipped and lacks nothing! It has been tastefully redone and is very bright. Regarding the location, it is very well located, close to shops and the train station and less than 10 min walk from the Croisette ☀️ I would highly recommend this apartment, and a quick tip: close the window tightly by tapping from top to bottom so as not to listen to outside noises;)

This is the perfect place to stay in Menton. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Delphine was the perfect host and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying all Menton has to offer.

I was delighted with my stay at Serge's place. It is very well appointed and equipped. There is a nice terrace. Serge is a welcoming and very responsive host. I would highly recommend it.
