Holiday rentals with a patio in Rives-en-Seine

Everything was perfect, the decoration was done with great taste. The sauna is very quick and easy to use. The bedding is very nice. Everything was as described. We were amazed by the very ingenious door automation system. The location is ideal in the heart of Rouen, close to car parks (paid, but it's Rouen). Too bad the checkout is so early (10 am) because we would have liked to have been able to sleep in a little (it was raining more that day, perfect weather for that). We will be back!

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The staircase is a bit narrow with the suitcase, but easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. The bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner is located on the upper floor. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights were basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise around 5:30 am, Christine and her husband reacted very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, which was very great. I highly recommend it.

Prune's accommodation is very nice, very pleasant and very clean! It is very well located in Fecamp and from there to visit the coast going up or down. I would highly recommend it.

Carine was super friendly and always answered quickly. The location is perfect, in the centre of Villers-sur-mer, and the rooftop was amazing. The apartment was nice and tidy. Definitely worth the money, we had a lovely stay! Thank you Carine!

We had a lovely time staying here. We were two adults and four teenagers, and the home was comfortable, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect — just a 15-minute walk to the restaurants in Trouville, either through the backstreets or along the beach. And the view amazing! The only thing I’d suggest is bringing a portable speaker, as there isn’t one in the house. It was the perfect weekend escape. Alain welcomed us warmly and was quick to respond to any questions. Thank you, Bequart and Sébastien, for sharing your fantastic home with us!

We were in the area for a family reunion and decided to stay at Ludovic's. The apartment was very clean and consistent with photos. One advantage that we find significant is having a car park where you can park your car in the city centre. We will definitely come back to Ludovic's apartment if we ever come back to the area.

Thank you for lovely stay at a beautiful house. the garden is definitely a bonus as are the games and ping-pong set which the children enjoyed. The house is pretty, tastefully decorated and is in a very sunny spot.

In one word: paradise! In addition to the absolutely extraordinary hospitality and kindness of Albane and Julien, the quality of the cottage and the park that surrounds it, which has marked us the most and which we particularly appreciated is the calm that reigns in this place almost out of time. That being said, enjoying the pool, lunch in the sun, contemplating the river flowing peacefully, listening to the wind in the trees, snuggling into the cocoon that this mill is once dark, also delighted us. It's simple: at the time of writing this review, I hesitate to publish it as the desire to return is strong and the fear that it is available is present.

Very nice house, nice and spacious. ideal for family gatherings. The neighborhood is very quiet, the bedding is good and the place is very well equipped and clean. The veranda brings a plus and allows you to enjoy the exteriors when the temperatures are a little cool.

We wanted a place that was outside of a town center. And that is actually what we got. This is an absolutely lovely cottage in the middle of fields. It is a 7min drive to the town of pont l eveque. Here you can find different restaurants, a bakery, butcher and a big supermarket. The cottage has anything you might need, airconditioning in the living room and second bedroom (accessible via the first bedroom) A well stocked kitchen (cutlery, juice press, coffee machine, big fridge and freezer, pots and pans etc.). A big garden, space to park your car. Unfortunately we didn't meet the host but communication with the host was perfect, she was nice and very responsive. Loved this place!!! This is a perfect location for a getaway.

A stay with friends in Fultot at Carline and Yann's. What can I say except that we had an extraordinary stay!! Everything was perfect: the accommodation was very clean, very functional, everything was designed to make us feel at home. The setting is just sublime and everything to keep you entertained (swimming pool, jacuzzi, petanque court, ping-pong table) without forgetting the outdoor bar with its large TV. As for the owners Carline and Yann, we quickly became friends as they are adorable, attentive, available but discreet. In the end, we felt like we were at a friend's house. Superb apartment, perfectly located between the port and the beach, all the shops downstairs from the residence. Sunset views! Perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends, we highly recommend it.

Ideally located apartment, away from the noise of the city. In 10/15 minutes you can be in the centre of Deauville, the beach, the ferry to Trouville, the shops! Perfect hostess, attentive to holidaymakers, with attentions in the welcome. I highly recommend this beautiful brand new apartment.

Pleasant stay, in a cozy and charming little corner, quiet and peaceful. Diane is very attentive with her hosts, concerned about the well-being of her tenants. i highly recommend it and we will come back without hesitation.

We had a great time at the place. Eric was super helpful and very responsive! The location is great and is walking distance to the center of Deauville and Trouville.
