A great place to rest during a stay at Puy du Fou. Quiet, just a few kilometres away. The place is welcoming, very well maintained with quality bedding. Thanks to Martine for her hospitality with little touches for everyone... I highly recommend.

A very nice apartment overlooking the harbour entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The accommodation is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and the city centre of La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The accommodation is also within walking distance of the train station.

Well what a fantastic few days we had. I can’t stress what a fabulous house this is. It has everything we needed. Little garden and off road parking. It was spotless. Stéphane gave us a bottle of his home made apple juice. Absolutely delicious. Buses were very handy and very inexpensive. I can’t praise Stéphane or his house enough. A little gem of a find

Good welcome. Accommodation 25 minutes from the sands. Very quiet. Next to hiking trails. Bakery in the village. Accommodation with garden properly arranged for resting.

Clean accommodation, well renovated and full of charm. Comfortable bedding and everything you need on site. We spent 2 days to get to Puy du Fou, two adults and one child. Good stay, to be repeated with pleasure.

We had a great family vacation at Nathalie's place. Very reachable and responsive when we had questions beforehand, very good hosting with small gifts. Really great! Really ideal location with respect to the sea. I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

We rented this accommodation for our wedding celebration. An exceptional place that perfectly matched our needs: spacious, welcoming, accessible, functional, safe for children because it is fenced... In short, if you have an event to celebrate or any other type of gathering, go there with your eyes closed, this place will be beyond your expectations once you get there :) We also want to highlight the availability of Dylan who is very accessible with a very professional and understanding attitude towards our wedding. We had a lovely week here and felt completely relaxed. The house and garden are so peaceful, especially by the pool where we spent a lot of time! Can't recommend enough and hosts were really helpful and responsive.

Celine’s house was lovely and extremely well located. The lovely restaurants of La Flotte and the local market were a short walk, and we loved biking around the island. The house itself is gorgeous. We will definitely return!

an airbnb worthy of a very nice hotel. everything was there, the calm, the jacuzzi, the bathrobes, the futas, the beautiful and good quality linen. a functional and top kitchen. I will definitely come back, that's for sure... we were blown away by the quality and the darkness at night... a treat... for a restful sleep. close to the beach 5 min walk...shops and market 10 min walk...in short ideal location and easy communication

Vincent’s place was a dream. We loved the beautiful pool area and the place had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Conveniently placed near to shops. We spent a day at Puy du Fou and it’s only 35min by car. We only spent two nights here on our way down to La Rochelle but would definitely recommend!

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Île de Ré and its magnificent landscapes by bike (renter right next door, friendly). The added bonus of the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Maryse is a very nice and available host and she is also very accommodating for the arrival and departure when it is possible! The apartment is ideally located, we rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus, we highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very eager to return to La Rochelle in this very beautiful property, tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!
