Apartment holiday rentals in Riverside, Jacksonville

We live in NY, and had some specific things we needed in an Airbnb so we could visit my mom and help out after a major spinal surgery. The hosts were wonderfully responsive and worked with some of the things we needed a bit of flexibility with. We enjoyed that it was a space truly to ourselves, with a cool, light and well appointed design. And the bed was INCREDIBLE. The apartment was convenient, clean, within walking distance (very important cause we don’t have a car) of a few chill restaurants, but also close enough to my mom’s to get to via uber for very little extra. We definitely recommend it for the convenience and price!

Tracy was awesome, adjusting our reservation to last minute changes we needed. Quick responder and overall amazing host! Place was very clean, and in a great location to go to different shopping malls in Jax. Will book with again if we are in the area!

The place was wonderful, clean and beautiful. Very responsive to any questions, clear details and instructions with information. 10/10 recommend. Our favorite was the accessibility to the gym and pool, both with which were amazing!

Wow the studio is amazing, a lot bigger than I expected as well. And Camy was great accommodating my stay at the last minute. Great place and great host. Looking forward for my next trip to Jacksonville and I’ll for sure came back to stay in Camy’s studio. :)

Toya's suite was defiantly was top tier one of kind i loved how responsive you were during our stay. I love how she was so accommodating the first day of us checking in. Also, the pictures do not lie. The amount of shows i was able to watch and unwind with a nice cup of tea was amazing. Super quiet neighborhood, she also had some unique board games which I also loved. Of course i was busy throughout our stay and was barley home during the demander of our stay but the time I was in there it felt like home. Also her cleaning lady was so nice and sweet to me when she dropped of something before i left the suite defiantly 10/10 for me and will be coming back hopefully soon.

I don’t know where to begin. Jessica is a superb hostess with the mostess. She was not only extremely accommodating and took care of us the whole way through, but she was attentive without helicoptering. We felt totally at home , and part of a fun crew (her and her son and my son) when we wanted to be. The listing is better than listed honestly , with a huge relaxing bath tub and all you could need right there. It’s set in a beautiful neighborhood that I felt safe walking with my 6 year old, in proximity to so much! The positive energy and attentiveness without pressure helped our weekend flow better than it ever could have. I highly recommend Jessica’s place as it is curated and cared for by her , and it makes allllll the difference. We have stayed at many Airbnbs , and this one we will absolutely be returning to . Do yourself a favor and spend some time here , absolutely no regrets just excitement to return!

This was a great stay! The location is truly in the heart of Avondale, but the garage apartment is a peaceful sanctuary. Clean and well-organized. Fully stocked with everything you could need! Looking forward to coming back to this spot.

Great area, love how roomy the place is. The beds were comfortable and it felt right at home & Anna was a great host. I’ll always book this place if it’s available.

I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

The Carriage house was very clean and comfortable, and Brandon was quick to respond and accommodate our needs. The location was perfect - safe, walkable, and close to amenities. We will definitely utilize it again when we are back in the Jacksonville area.

My stay at Ceecee Youngs place was nothing short of amazing. Such an exquisite place, just wish it was in a better location downtown! It smelled amazingly clean and fresh, and the views were breath talking! Communicated a few minor findings and Ceecee was more than willing to receive the findings, address and resolve them. My only complaint is that my stay was sooo short! I will stay here again in the near future when I visit Jacksonville!!

I have stayed at Andrews properties several times. They are right near all the attractions in san marco, and well within budget.

Excellent place to stay for the price! My husband and I enjoyed our week long vacation. Would highly recommend.

we enjoyed our stay, this place is beautiful, they take good care of it and I really loved the plants they have everywhere. Eric and his team were very responsive. they usually responded in a few minutes

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

Place was exactly as advertised. Host was helpful and responsive . The water cooler was a great touch ! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling and needing a nice home like place to stay in Jacksonville !

This newly renovated property was in the most ideal location at Jax Beach. Walkable to the beach, dining & shops & they provided beach towels, chairs & an umbrella. The Nespresso machine with pods, sugar & creamer was also a plus. The hosts promptly greeted us upon our arrival & with clear instructions before check out. This is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in & we can’t wait to return later this year!

The apartment was perfect for our short term visit near our daughter . Michael was super responsive and great to communicate with. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit, but enjoyed coffee on the balcony and comfy beds and clean bathrooms ! We will return often, I am sure !
