City of Cathedral City STVR Permit No. CODE-STVR-004150-2024.This is a home-share (we live here). We provide a woodsy style guest room with a full-size bed, desk, dresser etc. for up to 2 people. If needed, we have another guest room with up to 2 twin size beds for up to 2 people located in our "kids playroom." There is no extra cost to use both bedrooms. The Maximum occupancy is 4. Due to health concerns and in consideration of all guests, non-smokers only (cigarettes, marijuana, vape, etc.)

Sakura House (Room 2)

Private room, entry & bathroom. 2 twin beds (pictured under one bed cover); this room is best for 2 people but there is a fold-out couch futon for 2 extra people if really needed, but the room will feel cramped. We have growing traffic on our main road; staggering amounts of visitors to PS especially spring; rain, flooding, & road closures, routes large vehicles down our street. Our guests love it here but we had our first complaint so noting it for light sleepers & those seeking ample quietude

The entire unit consists of a room and a bathroom with an entrance from the front yard. It is very comfortable for a single, a couple, or a small family. You are in a private space, like in a hotel or an apartment, but without kitchen and dining area. A homemade breakfast is provided for an additional charge. Use of Kitchen and Jacuzzi is for a small charge too. Use of a pool in the backyard of the house is free. The second bed is installed for 3 and more guests, or by request for two people.
