Holiday rentals with beach access in Riverside County

We really enjoyed our first ever visit to San Clemente. The home was a perfect location for a three-day wedding adventure. We especially appreciated the nearby stairs/pathway to the beach and trail.

I definitely recommend staying here! Everything was either walkable or about a 5-minute drive away, and there was hardly any traffic. Parking was no problem - I was always able to find a close spot. The neighborhood and area was quiet and allowed for some real relaxation during a busy weekend. Overall, I highly recommend!

The unit was stocked nicely, we needed nothing else during our stay. It's easy to tell you put great care in furnishing the property. We will be back!

We had a great stay. The home was very open and roomy. We liked the tall ceilings and design. My kids (5 and 10 years old) loved exploring and playing. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t super great to use the balcony more. We also didn’t realize that the fire pit wasn’t operational so that was also bummer. But that was a nice outdoor area. Overall we were very comfortable and things were clean. Very nice walk to the beach and along a trail. We could even walk to the pier but it took a little bit longer to do. Beach toys for the kids and beach towels were appreciated. We stayed in March of 2025 and should note that there was a lot of construction noise happening. There is a house being built right next door.

Beautiful 2 bedroom just a few blocks from the beach. Loved the balconies, open kitchen, and bathrooms. A few fans did not work but the heater worked great :)

My partner and I wanted to stay near a beach and we stumbled upon Suze’s place. Her place was very clean and had all the amenities listed. She was very warm, welcoming and communicative. From the house, there was easy access to the beach as described, and Suze was very helpful during check-in. It was a pleasure taking care of Mo, as he became a companion for the both of us. We had a wonderful time and we highly recommend others to stay.

It was absolutely right decision we made. Great location, views, close to all wonderful San Clemente beaches, restaurants, shoppings. The unit is perfect for one or two persons. Jeff &. Carol are amazing caring hosts, quick response & excellent care guaranteed. Place was very clean, with super comfortable bed mattress, & pretty much all we need. We highly recommend it to everyone. This was our second time staying at this wonderful cabin, and it won’t be our last! The peaceful and quiet surroundings are absolutely stunning---nature is truly brought right to your doorstep. We especially loved the thoughtful personal touches, like the oat milk in the fridge, the cozy dog bed for our furry friend, and the well-stocked bird feeders that brought an array of birds and squirrels to the cabin each morning. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was as gracious and accommodating as ever. It’s clear they take great care to make their guests feel at home. If you’re looking for a serene retreat with all the comforts and charm you could hope for, this is it. Highly recommend!

To say this was a stunning home would be an understatement. Chris’s home went above and beyond his description, it was literally heaven! To feel so close to the ocean, to smell the salt air as you sleep and hear the waves…the walls in the afternoon were delightful and you can’t help but feel at peace. The amenities were spot on. The beds were super comfy and I’m extremely picky. We hardly watched any tv and just enjoyed the serenity Chris’s home provided. The neighbors were nice and respectful. The town is super adorable and as always, the food is amazing. I will most definitely be back as it’s my favorite place in southern CA so far.

It was a wonderful place for our stay. We weren’t there much but it was a perfect spot for venturing out to all the beaches on the coast. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I wanted to get out of town (Seattle) for a few days and relax, and this place was just what we needed. The house itself was immaculate and full of quirky little accents that made it feel unique, from baskets to pillows to artwork. The big Narnia wardrobe in the master bedroom was particularly impressive. The hosts were communicative throughout our stay, welcoming us and making sure everything was going well. They have gone out of their way to anticipate the needs of their guests.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The host was super responsive and provided clear instructions throughout. The home was beautiful, well-kept, and just a short walk to the beach. My wife and family loved the location and all the thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at the beach house for my dad's 60th birthday. The views are incredible and we made use of the fire pit, grill, outdoor shower and the beach chairs. They really have everything you need to for a great beach day right there off the patio. I can't recommend this place enough!

Aaron’s house is very conveniently located. Everything is updated and well decorated. And comfortable. The views and open indoor/outdoor living are everything you see in the photos. This is a comfortable home away from home. Not a place that feels like a full time rental suffering from maintenance neglect.

We decided to book this Airbnb for a family holiday for the second time. It was an excellent experience. The apartment has everything that you need for a comfortable stay longer than a week. Kate was an excellent, very friendly and proactive host.

Short walk to the beach and love the beach trail to the pier. Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was perfect. Beautiful, very clean, and bigger than I thought it would be from the pictures. I felt safe with the door code access to the gate as well as the elevator and was perfect to walk to coffee as well as my wedding at Ole Hanson.

The location, amenities and condition of the condo was awesome. You fell asleep hearing the waterfall outside. The little patio was a nice spot to have your morning coffee or relax and read. The grocery store was less than 5 min away and access to the 5, outlets 10 min as well as the beach. The internet was a bit sketchy so if you needed it for work not sure if it would work. To access the condo you need to walk along a sidewalk around the buildings and up a set of stairs about 10 steps..important if you have mobility issues or are not strong enough to get your bags up. This might actually be mentioned in the description but can’t remember if it was. This was not an issue for us. The condo is perfect for 1 or a couple. Although the bathroom isn’t as updated as the rest of the condo it is clean and perfectly functional with the added bonus of the washer and dryer, both brand new. This rental was a pleasant surprise and I’d definitely rent it again! Marina and Holly were great hosts.

Sheryl and Doug’s place is absolutely beautiful - the pictures don’t even do it justice. Private, quiet, can hear and see the ocean from their place. The walkway to the trail by the ocean is right there making it easy to enjoy beach time and walking and running. The inside of the home is equally beautiful - spotless, a lovely kitchen to cook in and plenty of beautiful indoor space to relax in, to say nothing of the wonderful outside deck space. We would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you Sheryl and Doug for making our vacation one of the best ever!

Best spot to stay at if you're going to Coachella. Literally right next to the shuttle stop. Convenient location. Great pool and amenities. No nonsense. Would highly recommend.
