Our community HOA District also has an ordinance PROHIBITING dogs for rentals.

Need stress relief? Our family ocean front bottom unit townhome will give you exactly what you need. Our 3 bed-2 bath lower unit feels like a cruise ship. Can't get any closer to the Pacific Ocean. WE HAVE CENTRAL AC AND HEAT!! Sip coffee on your private ocean balcony, sun bath on the private beach with access from the private beach stairs from the ocean front deck or main access point a couple houses down. Stare into the beautiful pacific and spot whales and dolphins.
